The hotel is well-maintained and staff pleasant. We were however disappointed to discover, upon arrival, that the pool was out of service, as that was an amenity that drew us to reserve here. The next morning my kids were additionally disappointed to discover the pancake machine - a treat they look forward to at Holiday Inns, was out of service. Management offered to discount our stay and I do hope to see that credit come through.

In town on family business. My stay was very comfortable and convenient. The hotel was clean, excellent parking, and very professional and courteous staff.

Because one elevator was out of order, it was a long walk to my room and I was on a floor with a group of teens/kids who were running up and down the hall yelling. I’ve stayed in better hotels, I’ve stayed in worse…it was average at best. Probably will find somewhere else to stay on my next trip.

I had a sick child with me during our stay and the staff were extremely kind and helpful with any extra cleaning and amenities that we needed.

The front desk staff were excellent. The gentleman was very kind, professional and accommodating. This will be our new hotel when we travel that way. I will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Lobby and hallways were dimly lit and unwelcoming. Ceiling was very low! Room was fine, except the air was stuffy. Beds were comfortable, but all pillows were king/body pillows. Could have used some smaller ones. It was hard to get the conditioner out of the pump in the shower. A group if kids ran through the hall yelling and laughing at 2:30 a.m. That reminded me of a review I read of this hotel saying the same thing! Is this a normal occurrence? I don't expect to be woken up like that.
