Residence Inn Albany Washington Avenue

We were in Albany for a family wedding, and enjoyed a 2-night stay at this facility. The room was immaculate, well kept and very comfortable. The Pool and Excersize room were also very clean and sanitized and the grounds were well kept as well. The staff was Friendly,Courteous, Professioanl and very helpful. We would definitely rebook a stay at this hotel!

Great hotel, they're doing Reno's to the carpet in the fall which I think will make a huge improvement. Overall a nice place to stay with family.

We planned a surprise getaway for our 3 and 5 year old. They love to stay in hotels. We were all excited to go to the hotel, swim, and just relax. We booked through hotels.com and when we arrived the girl at the front desk apologized as the pool was out of order. We immediately had two very upset kids. She felt terrible and offered them hot chocolate and cookie which quickly cheered them up. She did explain to us that it was on the hotels website but hotels.com did not indicate this when we booked our room through them. She was extremely accommodating. The service at the hotel was wonderful. We asked for extra pillows for the kids and immediately room service was at our door with a stack of pillow. The room was very clean, a very nice size, and perfect for our family to enjoy a restful stay. We will definitely be returning soon.
