Econo Lodge Socorro

This not a luxury hotel. It is a roadside motel. But, they do roadside motel very well. The room was clean and in good condition. The included breakfast and coffee were good. Small issues were the tub drained slowly, and the blackout curtains could have done a better job. One thing that impressed me was the rooms were very quiet between the rooms. In the night, a family came in next door, when they were in the parking lot, and entering, I could hear them, but as soon as they went into the room, not a sound got through the walls. Next time driving through here, we would definitely stay again.

It was very disappointing when we got there we got into our room and then the kids could feel roaches running across their arm and they were on the floor I have pictures I am requesting a refund

Clean, comfortable, large room. Just right for an overnight stay on a vacation road trip. We had a 2 queen room. It was big and roomy enough if you had little kids, they could have some play space. Decent size mini frig with separate freezer (great to refreeze cold packs). Microwave. Shower was ok plenty hot water. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices - waffles, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, sausage, bisquet gravy, cereal, fruit & more. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a welcoming family-owned and partly family-run establishment. All employees were energetic and helpful. The place is well-maintained and simple

Excellent stay! Nice to know there is a good place to go when we visit family in the area. The rooms were updated very nicely. Breakfast was great. Management was very helpful! We will definitely come back again when we need a place to stay

Great for a family with dogs. Clean, comfortable rooms, and great grassy areas for the pooches.

I was concerned about reserving here due to one guys ant problem. Maybe they stirred them up in effort to remodel some rooms. We had no problems and would definitely stay here again. The employees were very nice. The owners put effort in making it nice, pretty flowers, a courtyard with a fountain Only issue we had was they wanted $20 to use a baby bed one night. A deposit I could see but...

The pool was closed, which was a disappointment for our kid, but I don’t think we would have had time to use it anyhow. The room was clean and had a pleasant amount of floor space for a family of three. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we would consider using them again. Our only minor grumps were that the parking was a little tight near our room and the continental breakfast was a little “meh”, but nothing that would make us not stay with them again.
