Comfort Inn & Suites I-25 near Spaceport America

Our first room was dirty, trash everywhere, dirty beds. They gave us another room but the air conditioner was broken. We slept horribly in the heat. They didn’t have any other rooms. There was only one lady running the entire hotel. I felt terrible for her they put her in those working conditions with zero support. They said it have a sofa bed and it did not. Some kids had to sleep on the filthy floor. We had to go to the store to buy them an air mat to sleep on. So disappointed in this stay. Then in the morning their electrical kept tripping and couldn’t get it to stay down so they closed down breakfast. Then the lady was like the best she could do was a 30% discount. We will not be staying here ever again!

Good place to stay family friendly

They did not have our room ready and when we got it the room was dirty so they made us wait another hour to go in so they made us late to our appointment. They had some other guests that their children made a huge mess in the swimming pool and they were running around everywhere they were and no staff ever asked them for respect for others. And to top it off someone made a dent to my vehicle and the property didn’t really care. This really ruined our vacation.

Beds had sand in them. The floors were not vacuumed. Pool was dirty and grounds around the pool filthy with food crumbs bugs and trash. Beer bottle caps on the floor in the kids room.

Check in was great! However, the adjoining room had loud children. Around 9 pm, they left the room only to leave a non stop barking dog! My husband and I had plans to leave early the next morning. The dog continued to bark non stop. My husband called the desk multiple times. He was told there wasn’t anything he could do.

My girlfriend and baby stayed over 4th of July weekend. Great friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, big indoor pool with jacuzzi. I honestly can't think of any complaints..definitely the best bang for your buck. Highly recommended!

My grandkids enjoyed the hot pool and the breakfast. Friendly people. makes you feel good and welcome..
