Holiday Inn Express And Suites Santa Fe, an IHG Hotel

The lady that checked me in was very rude. I walked in and she was having a conversation with someone else, looked at me and said “Is there something you need?” Bathtub didn’t drain when we used the bathtub since maintenance was gone not much we could do. Night time we took our children to get a snack for the snack bar and the gentle men told us “it would be cheaper if you just went to Walgreens or cvs” we didn’t appreciate that at all

The room was nice and had a closet and fold out couch, microwave and fridge. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The bummer was that the a/c was broken so we had to get an employee to open the small window which helped the temperature enough so we could sleep The indoor pool was a little too cold but the hot tub was soooooo hot I could barely get in it. The paint on the floor around the pools was coming off so we had paint chips stuck to ourselves. The staff was very friendly I just wish the pool area had been a bit nicer. I thought the price was a bit high but it's Santa Fe

Comfortable stay, room is clean but not soundproof at all. I can hear all neighbors and other people talking, especially the room above me having kids running around till late night and again early in the morning. The area around hotel also a little bit shady.

I was traveling for a serious family emergency, not for pleasure. The staff went above and beyond! I have never stayed somewhere before where the staff was so attentive and supportive.

Thank you for having a gym for guests and keeping it clean. My family was placed in a room (104) with a handicap accessible shower set up. The shower head/wand holding bar did not hold well. The shower head would fall off the bar and onto the tub floor during normal shower operation. The shower head itself is a notable brand (WaterPik) and works well at places that have a different faucet fixture at the bottom. For some reason, that particular shower head has 2 settings..."off" and "Water Jet" across all the variable spray options. Reason could be the faucet fixture at the bottom. To turn the shower water on, there is one rotation that starts at cold and ends at hot. No in-between to adjust the amount of flow, only the amount of hot-cold. Again, "off' and "water jet". Either the shower head has calcium build up and dirty to create the jet or the bottom faucet fixture is not suitable for that type of shower head outlet creating too much pressure. Going back to the shower head holder. The bar may not be set properly because the only way it sits at that angle of the shower head in place (when it's holding), it sprays the far end of the shower wall above the tub and water begins to run along the top of the tub and onto the floor creating a slip hazard. When the shower head is placed at the bottom of the holding bar, it is spraying too low but does not fall off the holding bar. Again, only a high (floor hazard) or low (crouch) hold.

It was nice quiet and convenient. We have kids and they enjoyed the workout room.

It was a pleasure to stay in your Santa Fe, NM facility. the only concern to me was of the swimming pool was very cold and I can't use it. thank you for your kidnness it was a pleasure to stay with you.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, our toddler loved it. Front desk was super friendly. Can’t ask for much more!

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel's exterior and interior are well-maintained and pleasant to see upon arrival. The staff is FANTASTIC. I was met with a friendly face and anytime I needed anything or had any questions, all staff interactions were wonderful. Some minor issues that I experienced: 1. A parking lot sign stated that the hotel was not liable for any damage done to the vehicles parked there. That seemed strange to me and worrisome. 2. The pool is wonderful and is indoors, which makes it better. However, when I went to the front desk to tell them about some people who were throwing a football inside the pool and hit a disabled child yet didn't stop rough-housing, the staff member said they couldn't do anything about it. That's odd as it endangered the well-being of the children in the pool. 3. The breakfast options were minimal and the cooked portions were not very tasty.

This was a family trip with 3 little kids, when going to our room one of my girls picked up the smell of cannabis and lasted for a while.
