Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western

We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. The upgrade included two rooms, providing us with a total of three beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel pool was a fantastic addition to our stay. After such a long drive, being able to refresh and relax in the pool was exactly what we needed. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and it provided a great way for us to unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room upgrade was a delightful bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Room Met expectations. Breakfast was a bit spartan, only one type of tea and no bagels or muffins. There was something that resembled scrambled eggs that was white? Pancake machine was a hit with the kids! Closed already at 0900 not necessarily family vacation friendly.

The internet worked for my phone but not my children’s devices, there was a huge clump of hair in the shower (clearly the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned), and the breakfast was a disappointment. Bedding and room was comfortable.

Off Cerillos Road, south Santa Fe. Beside discount mall, near Presbyterian Hospital. A well maintained older hotel, partially remodeled. Clean, comfortable, breakfast 6-9. Well outside the walkable historic downtown area. However, if you have a car, it is substantially below the price of high-traffic, touristy Santa Fe. Just off the interstate. A good stay for a night. A nice place to stay while in town for family or business.

It was good value for the money and clean. It is an older hotel but they try really hard to keep up with things and especially keep it clean. The area was fine just off the beaten path. It is close to Walmart so for some families that might be good.

Property was very clean, I was very skeptical after I read some of the reviews. I found them to be totally untrue, with the exception of noise from the second floor. You could hear housekeeping running the vacuum and I’m pretty sure there were children playing football! Other than that, I’m extremely happy with my stay.

2 nights while in Santa Fe area as part of a New Mexico road trip with family. Better value than expected. Comfortable, clean, decent full breakfast. Parking limited when hotel is full.

Due to early checkout we would have missed the breakfast but the front desk set aside a paper lunch bag with a muffin and apple for each of our family members (as I asked them to the night prior). The swimming area was our highlight with a smaller swimming pool (small and deep), jacuzzi (large), fire pit, and sauna. There is a covered sitting area right out the gated pool area to eat so that littles can’t get to the water while we ate. Our room was quaint, but well stocked for our short stay. Price was best for what I wanted included. Location is near main roads and easy to travel from, mall is close but otherwise no other tourist attractions within walking distance. My one complaint was when we left, despite getting our bags of food, the front desk staff was a little rude.

Easy access on and off the road. Gentleman at the front desk freely upgraded our room to accommodate us and our kids without us even asking! Great hotel

Overall, our stay was fine. We traveled with small children and booked this property because it said it had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed (and you could see why). It would have been nice to get some kind of heads up. Other than that, the room was OK, some cosmetic issues (torn inner blind on window). Staff was nice though.
