Very clean, very friendly. Pool was broken, which was not noticed on the website or Hotels.com and caused much sadness for my kids.

no elevator no downstairs was available made it very challenging for limited mobility person \. I wish they would disclose this information. person servicing for breakfast was vulgar under her breath comments—families with children all around no need to be disrespectful. I tried to inform the manager on duty

The photos are not updated on hotels.com so when we got to the room it was MUCH BETTER then expected. They had a good breakfast and their beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

hotel was excellent. However very annoyed that no refund would have been given when a family emergency occurred and I tried to cancel 2nd night booking. Still would have charged for 2 nights. Part of this is due to. Booking thru Expedia which I will never use again.
