Best Western Moriarty Heritage Inn

Everything was a good experience Friendly staff and the breakfast was very good! We definitely stayed again if we need to. I really recommend this hotel 100% I came with my family we felt safe and we had a good sleep. Clean room and comfortable beds.

The room was dirty. I kept finding small animals residual. Couldn't tell what type of insects it was. The whole room was uncomfortable, i ask for a different room and the staff stated that they were all booked for that day. We were only there for one day since we were traving from the west coast to midwest. My family and I didn't even get a good rest.

I was asked by an employee to tell my baby to be quiet while we were in the pool. Apparently there was an elderly woman in a room by the pool that called to complain that it was too loud. So they chose to accommodate one paying guest over another paying guest. The room was clean, common areas were nice, and breakfast was good.

Had an apparently reoccurring problem with the desk chairs (stuck at child level) that was quickly resolved. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great for road trips. Or a home base for seeing the area and attractions

Helpful staff helped resolved an issue with the toddler height office chair in my room quickly.

My wife an I have stayed here in the past, an once again, the room was clean, an well taken care of. They did remove the carpet and installed hard flooring which made the room have a very noticeable echo. Unfortunately, they have a new policy that locals (within 60Miles) cant stay here. This made check in an interesting situation for us.. We were fortunately able to stay by signing a waver...? My wife an I like spending time together when we dont have the kids. We enjoy having a night to ourselves to relax an rest in a hotel. It is unfortunate for us being that we like this hotel an the location.

While traveling we had a great stay at Best Western Heritage Inn. We stayed twice while visiting family for the holiday. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The Best Western sits a little away from highway, so area is quiet. Check In was quick and easy. Also very friendly staff. They also serve a breakfast in the morning before departure. We didn’t take advantage of because we left early. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the cleanest and most reputable hotel in Moriarty that my family and I found.

The property itself was a surprise. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh baked cookies when we arrived. Front desk (Melissa) very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of places for dinner. Ate at recommended Chilli’s. Rustic, family owned Tex-Mex. Live music was unexpected and easy to appreciate.

Clean, welcoming, easy check-in/check-out, friendly/helpful staff. Liked the hot breakfast. Cookies were a plus. Would recommend to family & friends.
