I try to book this hotel whenever I visit family in Albuquerque. Clean, comfortable and near great shopping! The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Probably fourth visit here. Much improved! Great staff, clean room, excellent breakfast and nice amenities like real mugs for in room coffee. Pool was sparkling but lots of kids….can’t have everything perfect! Highly recommend.

It was a very nice room and friendly staff that checked us in. However, since we traveled all the way from California, we have the whole car packed and a travel camping bag on our roof that was strapped on. Well since there is no security cameras and the security guard said he saw nothing, our whole bag was stolen. With all of my baby and my winter clothes and his baby book.

Very clean, spacious rooms, we had 5th floor and was nice. Breakfast was GREAT and the pool was great for the kids! Wish there was a hottub. the side of the hotel that faces the street was VERY loud with street racing all night and early morning hours. Would stay again if on the opposite side or police do something about the all night long street racing.

I had a very late check in after a long hot drive and it was so nice to be greeted by friendly staff. The hotel was accommodating with our parking arrangement I had a uhaul trailer. This was the place my family needed for a nights stay before moving on.

Room layout was great…very comfortable. There was a pane of glass with large cracks…glad we didn’t have kids with us! Staff was outstanding! Very friendly and accommodating. $75 non-refundable pet deposit (we had 5lb Yorkie) was too high. At least refund portion if no damages. No grass around property…would be more pet friendly to have area in back with grass. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Typically our favorite spot to stay with our family because of the spacious room.. however, the receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very welcoming, the tv kept glitching and loosing signal and the beds are ready for a makeover.. the mattress was too hard and the covers were basic..
