Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Uptown

I didn’t even stay here. Apparently, if you book with Expedia, the hotel has no obligation to hold your room. I even paid in advance, but they essentially kicked me and my family out. I was given an excuse that there was a problem with the room… and that’s it. No help finding another room, nothing. Just good luck. Nobody contacted us ahead of time either which would have been easy to do. I’m sure they made more money selling our reservation to someone paying full price and we get the pleasure of driving around, late in the evening, in a strange city, trying to find a hotel that wasn’t completely booked. I don’t normally leave negative reviews unless a place earns it. This one did. Only stay here if you’re booking directly and are a rewards member or something. If you book with a third party, they will treat you poorly.

Staff who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly to us, including our kids, and I loved about it! The only thing I wish it was different was the cleanliness of the carpeting in the guest room we stayed in. I understand this facility is a pet friendly facility, however, there were many vidible stains and sticky spots on the carpeted floor which I wish they weren't there.

Best hotel room I've ever been in with my entire family! A separate 2 queen bed for my 4 kids. A shared living space and full kitchen along with a king bedroom for my wife and I. Just amazing space and cleanliness!

Amazing! Located in walking distance of shopping centers! Planning on staying here again but, this time with the grandkids!

This spot always has enough space for our large family. Unfortunately, we left expensive just purchased Leatherman knives in the kitchen cabinet with the dishes (to keep out of kids reach). When we remembered once we got home & coukdnt find them, we called several times to inquire about it. But Of course nothing was ever found. 😒 but do they ever find your lost items…

Great for our family of 5’s needs. We have had really good experiences at Homewood Suites in different states, and we’d stay in Albuquerque Uptown’s location again. Thank you!

Room size was great, got the two bedroom room 626… one of the rooms had no ac services, kids complained it was too hot but the other room was freezing.

It was one of the best stays I have ever had. Every single staff person made us feel like we were at home. Quick to take care any minor needs we had. Two bedroom suite was exactly what our family needed and had the best view ever. This is my go to place whenever I am in Albuquerque.

Do not stay here if you're intended purpose of getting a hotel is to get a good night's sleep. I had a room facing the pool, and although the pool is supposed to be closed at 9pm every day, the pool was still full of children screaming and shooting each other with super soakers at 10:30 pm. The phone in the room didn't work, no one answered either of the phone numbers on the in-room sheet, and when you call the number they text you from to welcome you it goes to a recording. I finally managed to get through to someone and they were condescending and rude, and told me that they would make sure everyone was out of the pool at 11. The woman that was supposed to be working the front desk in the morning was more interested in chatting with her co-workers in the break room, rather than working the front desk. Stay somewhere else, this is NOT a comfortable a welcoming hotel.
