Hampton Inn & Suites Albuquerque-Coors Road

No elevators so my wife, daughter, and 3 small children had to carry all their bags to the 4th floor. Your company is not available by phone to correct this kind of thing.

When we got to the hotel our reservation was canceled. On my end it still showed our reservation. Everywhere in town was booked now. Luckily the gentleman was able to put us in another room. But it was told it was a king suit with pull out couch. It was not!! Instead if our queen suite with double queen beds and sofa bed it was one king. My whole family had to squeeze into one bed. Makes for a roughy start to a road trip.

This hotel was horrible. The pool was ice cold, my kids had blue lips after being in the pool for about 5 minutes. The bottom of the hot tub was falling apart and felt like walking on pebbles. The floor in the pool area was tile that was super slick when wet being a safety hazard. A bunch of the safety glass around the pool was cracked and shattered. Water pipes in the walls rattled, creaked and whined when the water was running. The breakfast had a sign for eggs but no eggs were servers and most the other items were barely in stock. The pillows were so flat that it was like not having a pillow. The power outlet by the bed had a cracked cover. The cost for this hotel was not worth the stay and I will probably never stay in a Hampton Inn & Suites due to this visit.

The hotel was nice but the room had a bad smell. There was a family taking up the entire pool and throwing a football so nobody else could swim.

After changing my reservation & pay a bit more the hotel didn't have our reservation. Thankfully I had a copy of the reservation & they found a room because at first they said it was sold out as were HI all in the city. I had to literally pull my wife off the toilet because they are so low. To getting up during the night to do that was ridiculous! Why so low? Built for kids? What about ADA?

The elevators where not working but that’s not a bad deal I was on a business trip working nights so I was trying to sleep during the day because I was leaving that night again for work kids running on the hallway room on the 4th floor call the front desk about the group of kids nothing was done to prevent them from being loud and disrespectful due the fact that is a hotel I will be staying here again because it’s a really nice and clean place but that was the only inconvenience

Had a great stay with our four young kids. Will helped us at the check-in counter and during our one-night stay. The room was large, clean and had all of the conveniences we required. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We would come again!

Some family business for a member who is dying. So difficult

Don’t bother ! Bad neighborhood. Homes less kids everywhere. Room old and dilapidated. Dirty bedding.

Thermostat didn’t work. Reported it but it was not fixed. A family of elephants was apparently in the room above us and had a dance party all night.
