Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town

Our stay at the hotel was unpleasant and not quiet at all ,kids running up and down the hall, yelling without there parents, slamming doors, didn't get any sleep and we called the front desk and they said they would take care of it they never did. There was no parking due to a outside party. I wouldn't go back.

This was our second time staying and we got the same junior suite which we were very pleased about. The room was clean and spacious, great views, bathroom appears to have been updated which was great. All the staff were very nice and we had dinner in the restaurant. Our server was great. A very comfortable enjoyable stay.

Hotel was noisy and the room floors were disgustingly dirty. The hard flooring made everything echo and just overall very noisy in the room. Could hear everyone’s conversations and even the tvs. I had a child with us and letting them play on the floor was a terrible mistake. Hands, knees and feet were black from the nasty floor. Hard to not let your child play on the floor. This is a place you sleep and shower and don’t spend time in the room. Like a motel 6.

Stayed here with our family and small dog. Had a great time walking & shopping in Old Town and then dinner at the restaurant. Clean, safe and enjoyable stay.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear talking/music from other rooms. Pot smell was far too strong and overbearing. We enjoyed the restaurant. Pool was nice, but before you (every guest that entered) barely get in the staff would come tell you to leave your drink two feet away from the pool while she sat next to the jacuzzi full of 4-7 year olds (8 kids, two moms) when rules state 14 and older only. Room was cleaned very late in the day daily and staff didn’t take dirty dishes we set out (we washed them to to have them ready). Overall we would return, but the noise/pot smell is the biggest concern. Hotel is beautiful, very clean, perfect location and friendly staff.

The pool was big and perfect for the family. The hotel is right across from Sawmill Market-which had tons of interesting food options. The margaritas at the hotel were delicious!! We will definitely stay there again!

First, I looked into my bathtub upon arriving in my hotel and there was a wad of someone else’s hotel still in my bathtub. It was not cleaned up properly. That was disgusting to see!!! Next, this hotel gave me a room with a broken toilet! It flooded from underneath the toilet within the first 30 minutes of my stay there and during the first time from using the restroom. It flooded and got my slippers soaking wet. I called down to the desk and they said they would send someone up to my room to fix it. I came back later in the evening after attending a wedding and went to use the restroom and NOW it will NOT even flush! No one from the main desk bothered to call me or text me regarding the situation so I could know that my toilet was not usable when I returned to my room. It was a horrible experience. Then I had to change rooms at midnight because my toilet was not flushable and I needed a room with a working toilet. I had to move all my bags in the middle of the night to the top floor of the building and I was originally on the third floor. I am so upset over my stay. It was so upsetting to have to change rooms so late at night when I was exhausted after attending a family wedding. I will not be returning, unfortunately.

Great hotel for our family. Excellent location!

We got to the hotel and after 15 minutes of waiting and confusion we were told that our reservation was moved to the neighboring hotel. We were motioned towards the exit with no explanation or directions. When we got to the neighboring hotel, 3am, 2 small children in tow, the reservation had not been set up, they had no double rooms (4 people) and suggested that the 4 of us sleep in one bed. It’s 30 minutes later and still no resolution.
