The bathroom sliding door was malfunctioning. Literally had to push hard to open the door. At 3am, the fire alarm malfunctioned and my family and I had to evacuate the hotel just to learn that it was false alarm. No apologies or any gesture from the hotel other than a mere sorry from the front desk. The sheet for the sofa bed was not clean. There was literally a foot print on it. For parking you have to either self park for 10 bucks or do the valet parking. I had a better experience in 2018 when I stayed here but this time it was horrible. 250 bucks for a terrible night.

Please dont put people with children at the front of the hotel where there is so much road noise. Also, the fire alarm must not have been working in Room 203 because we only knew that there was a potential issue when information came over the loud speaker in our room.

Us and family flew into town to attend sons graduation from UNM. We brought a lei for the occasion. Would not fit in room fridge so went to front desk and asked them if they had a refrigerator that it would fit. They said, “yes, of course”which was appreciated. Came down to retrieve it the next AM for the graduate could wear it. They couldn’t find it and acted like they could care less. Valet was awesome
