Good pool for kids. Clean and comfortable. Good airconditioning. Great food at the restaurant that's on the premises.

My only complaint is the price. Other than that this hotel is clean, good customer service, gated and it felt safe. It was so nice to find a safe and clean place to rest on our long journey. I loved that I could park and see my car from my window and loved that the gates were locked at night so the only way people could enter was by passing the lobby. It gave me some peace of mind. Oh and they are pet friendly. That was also a huge plus. If you are traveling solo, alone with kids or pets this is the place to get a good nights rest.

The hotel itself was fine. We loved our towel birdie. My biggest issue was the pool. We were very excited that the outdoor pool was enclosed so that it could be used. Unfortunately, the evening conditions were poor and verged on unsafe. The tent that covers the pool allows some light but gets dark fast in the evening. There is some decorative lighting around the outside, but this does not penetrate the tent to illuminate the inside. As it began to get dark an employee came in and turned on a single light. It was essentially a flood light aimed across the pools surface. This actually made the lighting worse. Between the light shining in our faces and the shadows it caused, it was very hard to see my child. We ended our swim time early because I could not see her well and I did not feel safe with her in the pool. Our other complaint was that the internet was spotty at best. Connecting was not an issue, but the the signal cut out every 5 to 15 minutes.

Booked a pool view room with a king sized bed. Was traveling with my registered service dog that needs to wake me from night terrors due to PTSD. I was given a room with two queens right next to the freeway. Called and they said it’s the only pet room they had… he’s a legit service dog so it really doesn’t matter which room we are in. They ended up giving me the king room but the front desk staff was extremely rude about it. I offered to provide proper documentation to them and were still snotty about changing my room. Room was still next to the freeway which was extremely noisy and kept my toddler awake all night. Don’t know what happened here, our first stay at this hotel was great, this one, not so much. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere next time we travel through!

We purposely chose a hotel with an outdoor pool for our kids but it qas closed when we arrived due to weather. I'm sure at some point during the day there may have been a weather issue but when we arrived it was clear and warm with clouds way off in the distance. We did get up early to use the pool and hot tub in the morning and it was nice but we only had time to use it for about a half hour, so it was disappointing. There is no continental breakfast, but you can eat in the hitel restaurant and pay for it. It was overpriced so we skipped it and went to a nearby Flying Star, which was wonderful. The hallways in this hotel are strangely decorated and walking to our room made me worried about what we would find when we arrived but the rooms were cozy and as expected.
