I was very upset when me and my children shown up in our swim suits ready to swim on easter even after telling the lady at the front desk. She didnt tell me the pool was closed til after we paid and then refused me a refund on easter! Thanks for disappointing my children on a holiday when i could of went and got another room elsewhere!

The pool was closed during our visit which was never disclosed to us prior to arriving. The entire reason we came to stay was so that our kids could enjoy the pool.

Everything was beautiful there was a lovely lady everytime I came downstairs for breakfast. She knew i had kids with me and she made sure every time I had everything I needed for them. She did tell me her name, but I can't remember it. My apologies for that. My only only issue is my daughter found a stain on the sec blanket on the bed and it was not ours

Beds were comfortable, pretty clean. Couch was a little worn down and some paint on walls coming off. Found a big bug in the window that I made sure my kids didn’t see. ( they would have freaked out. ) Shower worked great. Would have been nice to have a close outlet to the large mirror outside of the bathroom so others could finish getting ready while others were showering. Only 3 towels in a room that can sleep 5. Had to call down and request one more, but had to get dressed and go down to the front desk to get more. (We arrived pretty late)) would have been nice if housekeeping could have brought one up. Overall a clean place to stay though and good breakfast.

This was a lovely property. Stayed 1 night with 4 kids. Only complaint is that the inside handle for the bathroom door was missing and my son cut his hand on the screw.

When I went to check in on Saturday at 6:30 PM I was told by front desk manager that my card was declined and that my room was canceled and they had no rooms for me. I had to then stay in a room with another family that was at the hotel with me. The problem with my card was the expiration date was incorrect I was kind of disappointed that they wouldn’t let me clarify the matter and give me my room
