Clean and spacious. Great for families.

Pros-Good breakfast, warm pool, clean hotel, fast check in / checkout Cons- house keeping didn’t leave same amount clean towels after cleaning the room, they vacuumed the room and unplugged the refrigerator outlet but didn’t plug it back so all the baby food and milk i had in there went bad, front desk need to be more friendly

The staff here is consistently lovely! Friendly and helpful. And for a hotel full of families, it is always pretty quiet. By far the best place to stay in the area

Big and nice rooms, swimming pool is a great option if you have kids and the "hot breakfast" is really good and complete

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the free breakfast was good. Great that a diner is within walking distance when we needed dinner. Pool was small but my child still had fun in it. Was nice to see they had a pool lift for travelers with mobility issues.

Overall decent hotel for the price. Rooms, hallways, and elevators were clean. Breakfast was okay, great for a quick meal with kids

The room was clean and breakfast was great;however, my bathroom door did not close and the smoke alarm had a green blinking light all night that kept waking up my children. Also the pool is very very small !!!

The hotel overall wasn’t clean, the room its self lacked in the area of clean! The room Felt & smelt dirty! The breakfast/dining area area also felt dirty and was visibly dirty, The tables were not cleaned/wiped down in between Guests. The hotel was so hot (it felt like the heat was on sauna mode in the halls and hotel lobby. The pool was out of order which was a major disappointment especially for my kiddos! The hotel did not offer soap for the room bathroom, we were given a travel size bottle of body wash to Use as soap. I usually really enjoy Hampton Inn hotels, but after the stay at this one, I will think twice due to cleanliness issues. With Covid this really needs to be addressed.
