Residence Inn by Marriott Cherry Hill

Loved the bi-level suite. Also loved the access to the recreation center. Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast service. We were given a paper that stated breakfast was until 10 so some of my family members arrived at 9:40 & the staff person refused to let them fix their plates despite the food still being out bc she said breakfast ended at 9:30 & she didn't want guests to get sick... meanwhile she allowed staff to eat the same food she denied my sister & nieces.

I’ve stayed at many properties under this franchise however this property has surpass my expectations. The staff was professional,accommodating and welcoming. The duplex room layout was perfect for my family allowing for privacy for my partner and I and my children. However what made the stay most memorable was the BBQ that was put on for the guest for the holiday weekend. I have never experienced such a warm gesture from a hotel. My family plans to make this property our Home Away from Home

The property was convenient for a one night stay for my daughter’s soccer tournament. Check-in was easy. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. I use Marriott for business travel and they are usually top notch. My daughter went to wash her face and there was an ant on one washcloth and then another had hair on it. I also noticed the outside of the refrigerator was crusty and had not been wiped down. I had to clean the hair out of the bathroom before allowing my kids to shower. I didn’t request another room. I just cleaned the areas that were below par since it was just one night. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again unfortunately.

I came to NJ with my family and we were five, so, I rented a room for six, it was a studio, very comfortable, full kitchen and appliances, two king beds and a sofa bed, two full bathrooms. I was amazing. definitely will come back.

It was excellent staff was amazing very friendly! Breakfast was great and they were very helpful as the children have milk allergies even making him something without cheese! Awesome place to stay highly recommend it!

Good location. Room has good space for family of 5. Cleaning service not provided when requested. Fitted sheets do not stay on the mattresses (a bit uncomfortable).

I was charged for Wi-Fi because one of the kids was allowed to purchase it without a password without protection then when asked about it front desk tells me to call the internet company I called the internet company at the internet company tells me to check in with the front desk they're the only ones who can refund the purchase the front desk tells me I did that on my own it's not something they can accommodate me for and was very rude hung up on me and even cursed I would never recommend this hotel for anybody for as long as I live horrible

Overall the experience was wonderful. This location obviously went through renovations recently and this is evident in the main building. The pool is a wonderful addition to any hotel stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind! The only aspect of our stay that could have been better was to have known in advance that the room we booked, while technically 2 bedrooms (and 2 baths), should include a note that the lofted 2nd bedroom is not enclosed, and those with small children should be cautious of steep stairs and no complete wall or door that can be closed for noise cancellation and the half wall could be a safety concern.

The room was clean. Door had mechanical issues but that happens sometimes. The toilet would run through out the night which was annoying but otherwise it was quiet and a nice night away from the kids to be alone.
