HYATT house Mt. Laurel

We had a nice family stay. The service was good. The carpet could use a little cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean.

I was very disappointed that the pool was not in working condition. That kind of made the trip less enjoyable because we have kids and that was something they were looking forward to pool as this is start of the summer. Everything else was great. Staff was nice and friendly and helped when we asked. Breakfast standard, eggs, bacon, potatoes, variety of juices. Area is clean.

While the room layout we had was great for our family (two bedroom suite), the unit was poorly stocked in terms of kitchen equipment. We learned that the pool would be closed for the duration of our stay (and significantly beyond) at check-in, which was disappointing considering we were staying a week with small kids. When we wanted to speak to a manager, they were too busy to hear our concerns. We recommend avoiding this place.

The 2 bedrooms with kings and the hot breakfast worked well for grandparents and 3 kids.

Average at best. Staff were accommodating but guests are clearly smoking in rooms leaving a lingering smell. With that said the room bathrooms were clean and freshly painted and caulked. Swimming pool was out of service but the mini basketball court was a good option for kids. Breakfast was better than average and a nice perk. Personally I would prefer staying at a nicer hotel in Atlantic City if having to stay in this location.

Very dirty place. A lot of ganja smell. Not suitable for kids at all. Worst place I’ve ever been to.

We checked into the hotel, got our luggage all the way up the stairs (there are no elevators) only to open the door to our room and get hit with the smell of marijuana. The entire room smelled of marijuana. It was beyond terrible. We turned the air on, opened the windows and the smell wasn’t going away. I went to the front desk asking for a different room as I have my one year old child with us who I refuse to sleep in that condition. The front desk gave me a spray to kill the odor since there were no other rooms available to accommodate us. Needless to say we had to check o it and find a last minute hotel for the weekend. I will NEVER be staying here again and am beyond upset with this experience.

I stayed with my family over Easter weekend and everything was nice. A few thinhgs here and there could be looked at but overall a nice stay.

Generally outdated and in need of some updates: No elevator to get to our room. OK for our family but just meant carrying a toddler, stroller, and lots of luggage up a flight of stairs. Strange room layout with minimal signage made it really confusing to find our room. Linens were old, thin, and full of holes. Much of the kitchenware (flat ware, etc.) was missing. Fridge was old and loud, made it really hard to sleep.

My family stayed for six days in a two-bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable, which was a great surprise. The room was clean and free breakfast was a bonus. The negatives were the front door had a gap which allowed air to come in. Unfortunately, we said during the new year, which had people smoking. The smoke came into the room. We also smelled the smoke from the bathroom vents, which I had to keep running, and the doors closed. To fix the front door, I jammed paper towels around the bottom and sides, which helped a lot.
