Clean, beautiful room. Perfect stay for our small family of 3 in the king room, our 12 yo enjoyed the bit of privacy wall for his couch bed area. Lots of drawers, hooks, ottomans. Room was very clean and updated, modern art, clean bathroom. Hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge and shampoo/body wash in room. Bed and couch were very comfortable and great place to settle in at the end of a long day. This will be our go to! Breakfast in the morning was fabulous with a wide variety of foods and service was top notch.

We visit family and stay here at least once a year. The staff, room and breakfast are great. Being an electric car owner from out of state I really wish they would install charging units. This would make it 5 stars for me.

While the room, property, and staff were nice, my experience was probably the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel due to the noise. They have you sign a notice regarding being quiet after 11 p.m., but they don't enforce it. We were on the 1st floor and there were kids running around playing and screaming down the hallway until 8:30 pm and then parents/adults in the lobby just being loud until 1 am. I had to keep the TV on just to drown out the noise in an attempt to sleep and we had a morning to attend the next day.

Great hotel for the price! Staff was very helpful and positive. Pool was very clean and rooms were clean as well. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Easy to get to and lots of things for families to do!

They allow pets and i am a dog owner. However, being woken up at 1:30 AM for a consistently barking dog is not good. I had to call front desk for them to contact room. Also, lots of kids running up and down halls late. We have stayed at this hotel while visiting family for many years and unfortunately will not again. Was informed at check out that they place dogs on first and second floor. So why did they place us on it without a pet?? They didnt have an answer to that. Everyone was very pleasant otherwise.

This was nicely located and close to many great options for shopping and dining. It was good for what we needed, however our room was right behind the elevators and next to the linen closet, so it was constantly noisy. I recommend not getting any rooms ending in *14 on any of the floors. Other than that, staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful for our family. There was plenty of parking even though the back was blocked off for building maintenance/upkeep during the duration of our stay. When checking out, we were never asked how our stay was... which I thought was odd.
