Felt a bit run down (carpet ripping up in ourroom, broken lampshade) but very disappointing that our room keys didn't work when we came back from the pool with two cold, wet kids at bedtime. Three trips to the front desk later and a tech came to the room only to tell us the battery is fine and the person making them was doing something wrong. Rough end to the night with two young kids shivering for 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, there was a noisy customer who kept banging in the door and screaming in the hallway. However, staff immediately took care of the situation amd my family and I were able to rest peacefully froma long day of travelling. Thank you.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Diggerland, 13 minutes away. I was very concerned as we were assigned the first room on the first floor. To my surprise we didn’t hear all that much from the halls, thankfully. Breakfast was great and there was a decent variety of options for my family with all different preferences.

Breakfast was more than you get in most other hotels. Even with a full room of people the staff set up breakfast that satisfied everyone. Good coffee and good food; eggs, sausage and cereals . The staff made it a pleasant time for all; families with kids. business people and travelers .
