The Westfield Inn, BW Signature Collection

Desk staff exceptionally nice and helpful Quiet place, seemed maybe family owned, much nicer than chain

We were visiting family in Westfield and stayed at this hotel. It was PHENOMENAL. The rooms were beautiful, clean and large. The bed was so comfortable. I wish we had an extra day to stay! The breakfast was also great! Lots of options and space to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros- Location .. sweet little community with tons of shops and restaurants to walk too and enjoy. The hours were nice too as they didnt close ridiculously ealry. It was very family oriented as well as diverse in all areas. The train station close by and didnt cause sleep interruption. The beds were comfortable. Id saying medium soft. AC worked well TV channels were sufficient as was the internet. Shower pressure and hot water Wine fridge stayed cool. Seemed safe Cons- Smell of wet dirty laundry in the hallways. Stained bed linens. Toilet issues. Mini fridge didnt actually keep things cool. Not the cleanest of floors. Parking was limited but free. All in all we had a decent experience here and we would stay again but it is definitely recommended for the hotel to be aware of the few complaints we have as those things make a big impact on if someone stays or not. They were accomidating with giving us another room when the toilet in the original room just refused to flush correctly. That was much appreciated.

This is a great boutique hotel in a great location. The Westfield train station is just steps away, and there is plenty of walkability for dining, shopping, and good coffee. Very family friendly and full of charm. All of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating during our stay. I’ll definitely be back!
