All I know is that we had a great time, my family and I in this hotel where westayed 2 days. It wasn't my first time anyway. and I will go back there anytime I visit New-York and the surroundings.

It was the worst hotel experience, my family, or I ever suffered through. We were unable to sleep at all, as there was an out of control wedding reception party happening throughout the hotel. Starting at 11 PM. People were screaming in the halls slamming doors, etc. nonstop. It sounded like a frat party going on. Although we called several times to complain, the clerk did nothing that we could see to stop it. Unable to sleep, and with an early flight, we ended up leaving the hotel at 1:30 AM in the morning and going right to the airport. management had no control of the situation. I will never stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to stay there as well.

I’ve had another lovely stay at this hotel. The staff here is very friendly and they made sure I had everything I needed to relax for the night. It’s conveniently located near the airport as well. I will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and family who are passing through Newark!

Terrible night stay here. Hotel room itself would probably be about 3*, and the price is decent. But the decent price is not worth it. At about 1am, a full on domestic dispute starts happening in the hallway outside of my room. It continues between the hallway and other rooms for the next 2 hours. Really loud - earplugs wouldn't have helped. The front desk does nothing. When I went down to the front desk to make sure they were away, they already knew the room number of the disturbance before I said anything. I'm not sure what they were waiting for to call the cops. I can't imagine a stay where this would've been acceptable - in my case it made a next day full of business pretty rough. If I was there with my family we all would've been horrified. The next morning the desk offered a "We're aware of the situation" and "Sorry". Not good enough.

We booked here last minute after our flight out of EWR was cancelled, and we are so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it was extremely quiet. I also noted that the hotel is extremely accessible, with wide hallways and doorways, wheelchair lifts, large print signs, etc. I appreciated the mounted dispensers of shampoo and conditioner in the shower as opposed to small individual bottles of toiletries. Overall, we had a great stay (even if unexpected) and will recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future.

It was excellent. We were there for two nights visiting NY city. Just 35 minutes drive. Everything was just perfect hotel, staff , location. We will definitely recommend family and friends and also stay again next time visiting NY

I made a last minute reservation when I realized my delayed flight into Newark would be arriving well after midnight, too late for family to pick me up. The hotel staff were fantastic about holding my room until 4a and sending the airport shuttle to pick me up promptly. Truly welcoming & gracious.
