Hotel seemed over-booked. We were given a room at first with fewer beds than I booked. Then put in another one, where another family barged in a few hours later! They were given a key to same room. No WiFi and the pool was insanely crowded. Strange.

Our family of four really enjoyed breakfast at this hotel, which is rare for us as ee typically don’t like hotel buffet breakfast. At this property a chef makes fresh omelette to order, had a wide selection of pastries, cereals and yoghurt, and fresh bacon, sausage, potatoes and scrambled eggs. The lobby also has a huge Starbacks. The rooms were spacious to accommodate our famiy. There’s a walking path around the complex the hotel is located in and the area seems safe - with a Lifetime Fitness also walking distance from the hotel.

Stayed with our 4 kids for 4 nights. Started out with a suite for 6ppl but found it far too tight. Would be great for 4. Ended up getting the connecting king suite next door which made it way more convenient. The hotel was very nice. Good breakfast included. Pool is on the small side and was very busy the night we tried to swim so didn’t use that. Loved there was a Starbucks in the building. Overall would recommend.

The staff was great, food was great and our room and surrounding area was clean. We had young children who like to swim. Unfortunately there was poop in the pool on the first day of our stay. Also the area around the pool was unclean! Notified staff next day still poop in the pool so both days our children were unable to swim.

Stayed at this hotel with my family. The kids loved the pool area and outdoor patio space. Lovely restaurant out front and a connected Starbucks! Enjoyed the delicious included breakfast. Recommended for families with small children. 10/10.

Very nice area, close to woods and parks and also easy to get to shopping area within 6 miles. We had a big family with two sets of twins and two king size suites, all the staff very helpful and professional. One of the twins opened all the chester drawers and the TV slid off on top of him and broke. First response from the front desk was if 6 year old was okay in the end didn't have to pay for damages, A . Also when other 6-year old hit her forehead on the door, they were extremely helpful. Overall we felt very comfortable and at home, pool was great for the kids and guest laundry was helpful. Restaurant Grain Cane was beautiful and excellent service and menu.overall great family hotel

No complaints for the day I stayed there with family. Pool picture might be a little misleading, but that's generally not a problem for us. The other thing I need to note is that in the stand up showers, the curtain is too short, which causes water to spray out to the floor, causing a possible slip and fall hazard. It's a liability waiting for a lawsuit at a few hotels managed by Hilton I see as a consistent pattern.
