Great customer service and very friendly staff . Great place to stay with family.

I liked the executive room i was in. It was very updated. But my family members had a king bed room and said it was clean but dated. So i guess every room isnt the same

I'm so glad I finally got the chance to share my feedback about my wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were truly impressive, and my kids absolutely loved the food - it was definitely a highlight for them! Overall, our experience was top-notch, and I can't recommend this hotel enough!"

Front desk staff did what they could. Manager did not help with my situation asking for a room with a shared interior door…..even when we made absolutely sure to call 2 weeks ago to request. We were told there would be no problem. Once we were there, there was nowhere we could go at that time. If not, we would have left the hotel. Staff durimg breakfast was rude. Specifically the lady up front. Would not sit us down because we were missing a breakfast voucher even when I told her I would just pay for it. Overall a VERY sour experience. Good thing we opted to just sleep there and not have any time at the hotel. THE ONLY great, absolutely great experience we had was at the Italian restaurant. Servixe was amazing, chef came around to say hi to my kids, talk to them, joke around and offer to cook anything they wanted. It was an amazing -very authentic- italian experience. We loved that part and will absolutely go back to the restaurant. We will just stay somewhere else. :/

Family treated very disrespectfully at check in.Asked for all ID’s.I had prepaid for both rooms.My card was on file.Another family checked in next to us,they only asked the mom for her ID.When my husband commented the girl said you have a problem with that.He said yes and she rolled her eyes.I had booked 1 King room and 1 w queen beds for my sons.Both rooms had 2 queen beds.Have stayed in this area many times,We have never been treated like this before

Horrible check in Staff was rude and did not treat my family with respect or equality. In addition I had reserved and paid for a king bed and one room with 2 queens. I was given 2 rooms with 2 Queens.Will not recommend

Room was good with clean and big beds . Breakfast is until 10:30. We were there at 9:30 and one of the waitresses kept sending us from the restaurant with empty tables to the bar where there was no space. Adults and kids in my family with full plates on hands were back and forth between this two places for at least three time. Not a good way to start our day. Everything else was good.

The place and the staff were awsome would recommend to friends and family to stay there.

Overall, staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The only issue we had was with the shuttle. It was supposed to leave at 9am and I had to raise concerns at 9:30am because it hadn't arrived yet. A temporary shuttle was used and unfortunately, a family of 3 jumped the line and took the shuttle that we were scheduled for. The hotel did provide other transportation by 10am, but we ended up missing our scheduled NYC tour because of this. The free breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and hot.

The rooms were horrible . There was broken glass on the floor ( I had children with me ) and the couch chair that my children were sitting on. The fire alarm was covered in Seran rap , smoke marks all over the bathroom . There was trash behind the dresser and night stand . I will never stay here again
