Harmony Suites

We only stayed one night. Beautiful hotel. Good staff. My only problems was that I had to pay extra for one of my grandchildren to stay and extra for him to eat and he was only 6. Also the smoke detector in our room went off everytime someone took a for shower and I opened the bathroom door to come out.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean, the room was nice and spacious, with great amenities (ie. Mini fridge, microwave, extra sink), and the complimentary breakfast was very extensive, satisfying every person in my family. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but I was told it was not heated, only room temperature. If visiting this area again, we would definitely stay here.

All around a perfect place to stay with kids. The one complaint I would have would be that they don’t serve scrambled eggs at the breakfast, just an omelette station. But they do serve chicken nuggets which was bizarre for the morning. But really even better than it seems online. Seemed less dated in person.

Decided to spend night for my fiancé’s birthday since we were in the area and this hotel FAR surpassed my expectations. It is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or a family stay-cation. The hotel itself is beautiful and the surrounding are has everything you could need!! We will definitely be booking again for a stay-cation to fully enjoy all the amenities!

Overall an amazing experience. A get away relaxation from our children and it was a success. And the view from my living room as well as the bedroom was incredible, not to mention the view inside the hotel with the vines hanging so much greenery was so beautiful. A couple things I wish would had been better was, the temp in the room, the air was on for 65 but the temp of the room would not go down from 74. I had to request a fan from the front desk and it still did not help. Furthermore, the pool was disappointing due to the size, which was weirdly small and we could not enjoy it because there were always kids running around and screaming so loud. I understand that it's not a hotel that is kids free, but I believe maybe there could have been indoor noise policy or even a no kids in pool after a certain time so that the couples there trying to relax and enjoys each other's company could have that time together without the noisiness involving kids. But we just stood in the room and I enjoyed my time.

Hotel is nice, breakfast included is plus, roons need update, not enough towels in the roon(only towels for 2 nights and 4 people, 2 adults 2 kids) we call and ask for a extra towels never bring.

Do not stay here if you are sensitive to noise. The way this hotel is set up is like an open middle with doors across each other on all levels… like a spiral and no wall between. You can hear screaming from kids, noise from literally every room in the hotel if loud enough. Don’t be fooled at the aesthetic of this. The sound bounces off the inside walls and echos extremely loud to all the rooms. All it takes is one screaming baby and it will awaken the entire hotel complex! The inside of the rooms were mediocre, I didn’t even have an outlet by my bed… we got this hotel due to the great location which was great because it was right next to the trade show but besides that, I would not stay here again.

Loaded with families from church conference that over ran the court yard. Room had a musty smell but was clean. Breakfast was better than usual.
