The place is clean, nice location, children friendly, the pool is clean,room service excellent, but no complimentary breakfast

Had a fun time with family enjoyed the restaurant and pool !

I didn’t like it because the people registering were rude and because my daughter found a box oh cigarettes were under her pillow. Also because there was a lot of dust and we were 4 family’s and we asked the person who registered us if we can have the rooms high and answered in a rude way.

Staff & Cleaneness are perfect. Such as getting late check out not as accommodating, or crib for a baby never have available,

Swimming pool is filthy - clumps of hair floating around everywhere. Definitely a germ cesspool. My kids and grandkids got sick instantly after being in there for 40 mins. Property is good if you can stay away from the pool.

I must say the staff was great for letting me check in early. I was able to get the key to my room early because I let them know that I would actually go into the room late that evening. So when I showed up to my room at about midnight with my wife and 2 year old daughter, we walked into the room and it smelled like nothing but smoke. The room smelled like cigarettes, the linen stunk, and it smelled like someone had just recently smoked in there and nothing was cleaned. I went to the desk and let them know and they were accommodating and put me into another room. However this room they put me in was a full bed and a queen bed and not the 2 queens that I had paid for. I didn't even go argue that because it was late and I needed to sleep and get my kid to bed. It's just disappointing that I had to go through that. My wife suffers from asthma so it was horrible for her to even walk into a room with that type of odor. They really need to do better.
