FairBridge Hotel Atlantic City

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Filthy place with rude managers and employees who are all family.

The staff was very friendly and professional They was ready to attend to whatever was needed l would definitely come back again complaint was some noisy quest who let their children run wild through out the night

The property is ok but the owner was so rude with all guests. First he yelled at group of people in front of us because they were loud and he told them “Go to your room NOW” like yelling to kids in school. Second he keeps going to room’s checking how many people inside and he threatening guests to call the police. Third he was so cheap on breakfast item’s doesn’t want fill the pots with food and guests kept complaining and close the breakfast at 9:15am and tried to enter tge breakfast room he pushed my body with the door and yelled that the breakfast fast over. Overall the stay was very terrible because of the owner and the staff were laughing at him

Our 4th of July trip was ruined by this hotel's horrendous service. The staff showed no remorse and prioritized money over customer satisfaction. The manager on duty was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We had booked a room with two queen beds for one night on the long weekend. Arriving at 11:30 pm, we were told by the night shift manager that our room was unavailable. Instead, he offered a larger room with one king bed and an extra bed. He claimed they hadn't received our booking, despite our prior call. He rudely suggested canceling if we weren't satisfied, stating he could give the room to other customers. Reluctantly, we accepted the room, assuming the extra bed would be of decent quality. However, it turned out to be in terrible shape and poor quality. Fed up, we canceled our booking. The manager's disrespectful behavior towards my family was unacceptable. We were left stranded at 1:00 am, ruining our plans for the night and the following day. Being local to the area, we drove back home disappointed. The hotel management lacks basic human decency, focusing solely on profit. We discovered the manager rented the same room to someone else for four times the price due to high demand. The room and hotel condition were average, but a negative environment and rude manager can ruin your vacation. Exercise caution when considering this hotel.

The property appears to have bee. Updated however, there is room for improvement. The tub/shower appears new but does not have hand grips or non skid surface. There was no " do not disturb" placard to put on the door.

Staff is great and was super accommodating to room requests and sorting through booking confusion Walls are paper thin and not insulated so bring something to drown out the sound of the family of six screaming at 2 in the morning, and like most hotels the showerheads need a decalcifying scrub, but the room was overall very clean and the design is cool so I'm probably coming back next year

Not a place for families. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and our son was running around. The person below started beating on the ceiling. It was only 8pm. The mini fridge didn’t work and there was no hot water in the sink. We had to use the tub to wash bottles. The housekeeper was the nicest person on the property.

The location was perfect for us to stay near our family for a visit, and a very easy drive into Atlantic City which gave us a lovely evening on the boardwalk. We had a very long drive for this visit and the staff were truly accommodating and very kind.

This is not a chain hotel, but don't let that deter you. Whitehorse Pike has a ton of hotels and this one is great. Appears to be family-owned - the staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel has been completely remodeled so everything is new. We had a triple queen, which was wonderful traveling with two teens. My only complaint was the comforter on the bedding was rather thin. Ask for extra blankets if need be. Also, no pool. I would stay here again without hesitation.
