They aloud dogs the pool was close for repairs witch we planed for the kids to swim so they had to play in the parking lot because there was nothing there for them to do when you move three times in three days in three different rooms because they all had problems I’ve been overcharged $300 because I ended up staying one night in a handicap room which one is more money I called and complain and got no response to Dash told me that it says on the website the pool is closed for repairs but Travelocity did not have that on their website we try to get a refund and said we were overcharged and hotel told me to take it up with Travelocity they don’t get refunds And I can’t get a hold of anybody at Travelocity to give me a refund

It was a great location right across the street you have a shopping center. I got a room with a kitchen made it easier and cheaper for food. I loved the TV choices they have some hotels only have s***** TV service and I have kids so that was great the only bad thing was the pool did not work while I was there and we didn't know that other than that everything was pretty good

The propery is run-down. The furniture was unclean. The location is fabulous. The location needs a lot more investments in its cleanliness and internal appearance because the location is fabulous. If it was near a water feature it would be worth regular visits by me and my family.

Worst experience. Extremely dirty, unhelpful staff. Key cards weren’t working for the entire hotel, tv didn’t work, refrigerator was warm, room was 80 degrees and heat was on when we entered. Pool was too cold to swim, we asked for extra towels bc we got two (for a family of four) and we never got them. Breakfast was rotting fruit, and half cooked eggs/sausage, etc. would never go there again.
