The Water Club

The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. There's no microwave available on the entire property for guests. I wanted to heat up water so I could feed my child. I use the hot water to heat up my breast milk. This is unacceptable that a well-established hotel would not provide guests with access to a microwave. Having access to a microwave in a hotel is a basic accommodation. I had to continuously buy hot water to heat up my milk.

Great place to stay. Everything was great. Only problem I had was when checking out of the hotel and the parking attendant at the gate was very rude, not friendly and poor customer service. I didn’t know how to pay for my parking and the black lady was sooooo mean and not helpful, that I was late for my babies doctor appointment. The hotel was awesome but I think they need better staff.

Borgata check in experience and parking was easy to navigate, Timothy at the front desk was great. Our room was in the MGM tower, a stay well room, clean and newly renovated. Adults only pool in this tower, why it closed so early at 5, not sure, but had to use the pool in the Borgata, kids were there, yay. Amenities were clean and all staff we interacted with were super helpful.

First of, I love the pool and the gym. The rest, I dislike the front end staff and the dining hall staff. They made me feel uncomfortable and easy. Always whispering, giggling, staring at me whenever I walk by. (Likes kids in highschool). The shower room and the window is dirty.

So It was my husband birthday and we have small children. Decided a 1 night stay here and choose the water club side. Check-in was great mobile, but the room was dirty! Stains on sheets stains and holes in couch surface of counters were sticky. Went to front desk and they couldn't help switch the room just gave me new sheets to change bed, but i will say the aromatherapyin the room was great! Trully shouldn't be a 5 star at all!

Too bad the pools are reserved for people older than 21 years old. There is a pool for children, small pool I would say intended for small children. There is no provision for young people between 15 and 21, and there is no entertainment for them, The service was good We may rent a hitel near the bech next time.

Our room never got cleaned, staff was beyond rude. We ordered a bottle of wine with dinner and could not find the wine opener. No one would answer our calls and just passed us feom department to department for almost 24 hours. It never got rectified. Also we were never told that our infant couldn't go out to the pool. Which was the whole reason we came down, was to use the putside pool. The inside pool was filthy!!!!! And kids splashing all over with no supervision. We left early!!

fantastic Pool. But only for kids 18 or above, beware

Great poker room, very good restaurants. Downstairs was better when it had a decent burger. Unfortunately, a kid ruined the pool so there was absolutely nothing to do with our kids. We have gone many times, it was the first time bringing the kids. We understand it's not really meant for them, that's obvious, we won't make that mistake again. The real problem was that none of the staff was informed about the pool. We asked if it was open and walked all the way over to be sent back. The next day I asked if it was open (the kids were standing there) and was told yes. Got there and was sent back again because of "adult hours" at 7 am. Went back in 2 hours and it was FILLED with kids at 9am.
