We have stayed here multiple times - an excellent quality extended stay hotel and convenient to our family. Shopping in the area was convenient and helpful.

Loved the staff and room was great . The pool heater being down was a bummer. The kids were looking forward to the pool.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. My biggest problem was that the pool was not operational. Dispite the fact I called on 2 different occasions asking about pool hours and then calling to request a room on the first floor to be close to the pool, no one mentioned the pool was closed because they were waiting on a heating pump. The primary reason for the stay was because I was hosting a party for my grandchildren and their friends to be able to swim . That was going to be the highlight of our stay. So I was very upset to hear first about the pump, then the GM said to close the pool then they added chemicals in the pool which really eliminated any hope of salvaging our stay. No offer of compensation just, I'm sorry. We look forward to this for 2 weeks! For the amount of money we put out for 2, 2 bedroom suites, I feel cheated.

Great room for the price but the smallest trashcan ever. If you’ve got a family with kids…..good luck

My husband and I spent several nights here while in town for a funeral. Unfortunately, the shower in our room had very little hot water. When we reported this issue we were told that there was nothing that they could do and that they did not have any rooms available for us to relocate. We requested that maintenance check out the issue and was told that the rooms on either side of us had hot water. We also had other family members staying at the hotel, and they had hot water. In fact, I showered in one of my son's rooms so that I could have some hot water. Unfortunately, my husband was confined to a wheelchair and could not shower in just any shower. He needed an ADA compliant room. Very disappointed with our stay.

So this was, and I am not exaggerating, the worst Hotel/Motel I have ever been to. Let me start sequentially: 1. We asked for Two beds (full size) and paid for those. Instead we got a King. There were Three Adults and two kids and we paid for a suite. One room was supposed to have a King or Two Fulls and the other the Two Full beds. Instead we got two King beds. We have grown up kids who are 11 and 13 and they are tall! When we got to the Hotel, we were given the wrong type of beds. 2. We called ahead and asked for a room on the ground level or a room close to the elevator as my Mother is 85 and recovering from a severe fall where she hurt her hip and cannot walk properly without a thwalker/wheel chair. What did we get? We got a room on the second floor furthest from the Elevator (no lies). 3. We took our kids to their first vacation after 2 YEARS due to the pandemic and because I had to start a new job in 2020 so I had to work hard. My kids asked for onlly ONE THING: A POOL. The hotel advertises a pool, but NO POOL. Its closed permanently with a white tape over the sign which says pool! 4. We were told to check in at 16:00 which is fine. We got there at 4pm as asked, but the room was not ready so they told us we would have to wait. When we asked to speak to the Manager, all of a sudden our room was ready! 5. We were told Internet is free. if you wanted internet that worked it was $5...I am running out of room here!!

There were 7 of us, 3 adults 3 children. Clean,Safe a lot of parking. Love the fire pit. We were to tired to enjoy it we will next time. Very close to storybook land.

General manager is horrible and operationally disfunctional. Have my room a to other family as I was in there. Called my room at 1am to see if there was someone staying there
