Love that the suite has separated walls and a a door between the bedrooms and the sofa bed area. Made a huge difference in sleep for us since some family members snore.

So i booked this hotel because of the outside pool. We got there on a Wednesday and wanted to go straight to the pool. Well got there ans was greeted with a sign from the health department pool was closed. Are you kidding me. They failed the inspection. I asked the front desk, no one had answeres as to when it will be back open. I was there for 3 days and asked everyday and no answeres. Tthe front staff was clueless and acted like they didnt care. We paid for this amenity and got nothing. I will be complaining to corporate. As i checked out, no one asked how my stay was, or anything to inprove. Im sorry but you need to be more attentive. I got checked in and out by the same girl, sharees i believe her name was,she was nice enough but seemed to really not care to make you feel welcome or help with your stay. And trust me i dont ask for alot, but those things matter. Other than the pool being closed for the whole stay and front desk being a little friendlier, attentive and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet, the breakfast was great.

Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted by the concierge, and we were checked in right away. We were also treated to some warm cookies, which was really nice. The room was clean and cozy, and the towels and other amenities were swapped in a timely manner. The Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely visit again, and I would recommend others to stay there as well.

Hotel was fine, front staff was super friendly. There was a wedding party in the breakfast area that went on til 130am and on. We had two children with us that were wokejn up by multiple people telling and drunk arguments in the hallways and banging on doors. Was told general manager doesn't work weekends so we would have to email and he was the one that allowed and approved these parties to happen. Several days passed and no response to emails or phone calls. Would not recommend.

Check in was smooth and even allowed early check in as there was a room available. We rushed out to get to our destination after dropping our bags off. When we got back around 11:45pm we noticed roaches. Roaches in the room inside the fridge and in the bathroom. We went to the front desk to tell them and they moved us to another room. I don’t as traveling with my husband, and our kids (4) ages 3months to 14. They moved us from a one bedroom suit to a standard 2 queen room. Once going back down again Ben told us there was nothing he can do and refunded us our money. We had paid for 2 nights. Remember this all started at 1145pm. So at 1230am my husband and I called around trying to find another hotel but everything was upwards of 400 a night as there were several events in town this weekend. We ended up having to drive back home to Washington DC at 1245am. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Room 310. AC was blowing directly at the computer desk, not good location for AC or desk. Bathroom had a weird smell that is tolerable but very distinctive upon first entering the room (if the bathroom door was open) or the bathroom if you left it closed. Elevator was super slow, and once (right after I checked in) it didn't work so the employee had to reset it. Room have a corner sofa, seat is a bit too firm for me. Nice stocking amount of towels, lasted me the whole week. One complementary water + popcorn + snack bar. Bed blanket was a bit thin for me. There is extra blanket. Room have microwave and small fridge. Bathtub was super slippery, use the provided shower mat is a must; I tried to step off the mat to reach for the shampoo and almost slipped with just 1 foot (it is extremely slippery even without soap.) Hair dryer works well but the power-cord barely reach the nearest plug. Wall was a bit thin. Can hear kids playing in the hallway / adjacent room. Can hear people rolling the bag cart with the squeaky wheel.

We were in NJ to get my brother (who'd had a stroke) from rehab and moce him to Texas. The hotel was convenient to our relatives and the rehab. We need a handicapped accessible room. Only downside? Their handicap rooms only have one bed. They did bring a roll away (for a fee) - which we had to set up. (Required moving furniture around in the room). The layout of where the "closet" was made it rather difficult to maneuver a wheelchair into the room - but possible. It was nice the room was across from the coffee area - which was nice as we had family that wanted to come by and say bye and such. Overall, the staff were all very nice, courteous and helpful, the room worked (not bad for a "beach" area hotel and we had no problems or issues -- always a plus!!
