Western Village Inn & Casino

Traveling with 89 year MIL to see new grand baby. We wanted adjoining rooms, they didn’t have but made sure our rooms were adjacent and on ground floor as requested. Spacious and comfortable room. A bit dated with a few stains on carpet but very clean.

Upon arrival it was a little confusing as to where to check in/park Nice oversided parking spaces.Check in was smooth and staff was cheerful and helpful. Once we got to our room, it was spacious and exceptionally clean. We added a third person to our stay ($10/day addt'l) housekeeping immediately brought towels, coffee pods, and bath/body supplementals for our extra person. Our room looked out at the marina, beautiful view. Only room drawbacks: the shower head actally felt like a sandblaster at first, but was able to decrease the water pressure to offset some, the keurig was problematic, and was not easy to maintain a consistant room temperature. At the casino, the food options were wonderful & GREAT food in each restaurant/cafe. Must add, the casino was horrible with cigarette smoke, to the pooint all 3 of us had sinus and sore throat issues even the next day. Our stay was 4 days, Fri/Sat nights was the worst for smoke. Walking around the marina was breathtaking, relaxing, clean and totally family friendly. Honestly, overally we were impressed with the property and wonderfully pleasant and accommodating staff. We will definately stay here again!

Arrived late with no problems checking in. Elevator light was very bright! Rooms were nice and clean. Called on the phone to check out, it was simple! Not sketchy at all, I think. I am a local actually and i often go the Marina (right behind WV) with my family and my dogs and never have had a problem. The outlet mall is right after the Marina (walkable) with an IMax theater, Burlington, Target, etc. Very nice mall! Wild Island and the Coconut Bowl is back there also. Lots of things to do around here if you stay here! Have fun!

Clean confortable friendly service nice restaurants at a great price I will comeback and recommend with friends and family 👍😀

We stayed at the Grand and they had more kids running round and a walk distant to the parking and back to hotel, just too much, but this Hotel and Casino was very laid back and room are older but cleaner, Very nice 2 day stay!!

We always stay here on our Way to see family in California. We know we can expect a clean room and a Pleasant experience.

I like the hotel was separated from the casino. It’s within walking distance of the beautiful lake and lots for kids to do. Love the dining options.

We were in the wing. When you keep your pets, everything was fine. Until we found a baby cockroach couldn't find again. Then the toilet ran Running off and on all day and all night kept bathroom door closed. solved that issue. Other than that the room was very nice And very accommodating

We chose this property for our trip to visit family and we were so pleased we booked it for our trip home. The rooms were wonderful and the on property dining options were great.

False advertisement! Everyone beware! They said at western village they have a kids arcade but they don't but they do have it at peppermill which is 15 minutes away. They said they had table games and they didn't but they do at peppermill. They said the rooms were clean and safe, they reeked of smoke and i felt so unsecure in my room with my family. If you have animals traveling with you, don't stay in Sparks/Reno because no one accepts animals(only fully certified Service Animals).(Western Village is a company of Peppermill which doesn't accept ESA animals but western village does). If you stay here, I wish you luck. I will never recommend this place, and I will never stay anywhere that is a western village or peppermill company.
