Great place for families. Lots to do. Great place to stay if you’re going to the air show; easy on/off freeway. Carpets in hallways are worn but not terrible. Room was clean, which is what really mattered to us. Food options are ok. Johnny rockets smelled like burnt oil and when we sat down the seat was wet from them cleaning it. Round table, the 2nd street market and Starbucks were our best food experiences

Beautiful resort. Went for a concert but we don’t gamble it or drink so we were disappointed that the pool was closed which is something we enjoy. They had the adult pool but it was so busy there was no seating and several families with young kids. Highlight was the concert venue and Charlie Palmer’s Steakhouse. Service and food amazing.

A/C wasnt working. Had to transfer rooms which was an inconvenience because we had our family next door. Then we couldnt get the same room because the room would be dusty from fixing A/C. New room was a but smelly and the safe didnt work at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The room was okay—nothing special, but it served its purpose. Refrigerator is available but microwave is extra charge. The highlight was the variety of activities available for families, including an arcade, bowling, and a cinema, which kept everyone entertained. The pool was decent but not fancy. Also kept very cold. All seating was set in the sun, and if you wanted any shade, you had to pay extra for an umbrella or a cabana. Mo extra charge for parking or valet. Overall, it’s a good spot for family fun, but there are areas where the experience could be improved.

We came for my wife’s bday . GSR is great for families with a lot of things to do . As a couple we were disappointed with the pool cuz the pool bar was really expensive and the hotel lets non guests use the pool if they pay, so it was really crowded ! We was looking forward to using the hot tub and pool but was unable too due to too many people . I don’t recommend GSR for couples . Very crowded with kids .

The carpet was in need of cleaning and poorly vacuumed. I was uncomfortable with walking barefoot in my room. The shower had mildew, again I did not want to be barefoot in the shower and needed to place a towel between my feet and the shower floor. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I cut my shorten my stay to just the one night. The pool was filled with noisy children and could be heard up to the 10 th floor. It would have been nice to use the resort but there is no time set aside for adults.
