Even if you can ignore the lack of cleanliness and the dumpster this place is, it is downright unsafe. Folks at the front desk gang up against guests and harass people they don’t like. We were concerned about the safety of our family and kids and checked out earlier than scheduled departure and went to a different

The website stated there was a continental breakfast and restaurant which was not open when we got there. The hot tub was broken, there was a strong chemical smell in the hallways and room that affected our family’s allergies and we had to find a new hotel in the morning. We came as a gymnastics group and had to get accommodations for everyone. It was very inconvenient for our team and it took two days for the allergic swelling in my eyes to subside after leaving.

Good location, lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Very clean hotel, great staff. My only complaint is that people were very loud and kids kept running and up and down the hallways.

Outdated would be an understatement . The actual room was clean but extremely old. The elevator to get to the room was gross . The carpet ,tv, and entire room looks like it’s from the 70s I kid you not . They need to close this hotel and renovate .

My daughter and I were in Las Vegas visiting family and the hotel was close to their home. We were out quite late on two nights and we really appreciated needing our room key to get in after hours, so we knew there was no one lurking in the lobby. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Check-in was simple and easy. The room I got was not cleaned well. There was an odor which was noticeable right away but not bad enough to request a new room since it was late and I was tired. When I went to shower in the morning I found a dirty washcloth hanging on the curtain rod, hairs on the shower walls and the previous guest's kiddie shampoo bottles on the shelf in the shower. As I then looked more closely I noticed bits of tissue or TP on the floor and on the sink. When I left early Sunday morning I stopped at the front desk to request a copy of my bill but could find no one to ask.

Did not like the fact that there was not daily room service to clean our room. Was not informed of this as we checked in. I would not have booked this location if I knew this up front. I was shocked when I mentioned this at check out! I was told you have to be there for 7 days! Are you kidding me? Will not book again. When you are traveling, this is not what you expect to hear.

I was just in Vegas to visit family, and it was perfect for that - convenient to them, quiet, clean, and easy to park/walk/etc. No frills, just a comfortable place to stay! My only complaints are that they had no USB ports anywhere in the room (except on the TV), and also my toilet made very loud noises when you flush. Things could use some upgrading overall.
