I stayed at La Quinta Inn Summerlin Tech for two nights with my cat. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days or by request, which they made clear to me upon check-in. In my opinion this is ideal when traveling with pets because you don’t have to worry about keeping your pet in a crate all day while you wait for housekeeping to show up at any moment. Since housekeeping doesn’t automatically come daily, the front desk tells you upon checking in that you can request extra towels and toiletries from them at any time. Shampoo and conditioner are Paul Mitchell (salon quality!) There are two elevators at opposite ends of the hallway and building exists at both ends of the first floor, so it’s a breeze for dog owners to take their dogs out. There are also unfenced patches of grass around the property and pet waste disposal bins and extra poop bags. Breakfast is solid— scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, and two waffle irons to make your own fresh waffles. There is also plenty of seating in the breakfast area for families of all sizes to sit comfortably. The room itself is also very comfortable. The bed is separated from the sitting area by two French door hich is great. The couch pulls out into an extra bed as well, so Space is plentiful. The only thing to note which wasn’t a big deal for me but might be for others, is that there isn’t a privacy lock on the bedroom or bathroom doors which I don’t think is very common.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, the coffee was some of the best for hotel coffee and my family loved the sausages on the buffet. The room had a view of the highway and the ice machine and several other things were out of service. It was obvious dogs are welcome in the hotel, slightly dirty and chewed on furniture. But overall not bad for the price.

Good place to stay when your tgere to visit family or friends. No slot machines, quiet and a great location to get to the other fun things to do in Vegas that aren't on the strip. But if you want to go to the strip it's very easy to get there.

Checked in very late, around 1 am, to a room that had clearly been smoked in with dirty sheets and no hot water. Asked the front desk if we could move, but they were at capacity so we had to wait till the next day. The desk called me at 7 am to move us. Suddenly there was a clean room. No hot water in the new room for the rest of the three day stay. Did I mention I was traveling with 3 kids! The front desk comped the first night, but when I approached the desk to discuss the plan for compensation for not having hot water the entire 3 days, the manager wasn’t there yet (8 am) and I had to leave without a conversation. Don’t waste your money. Just pay for the Hilton.

Many baseball and soccer teams and families were staying here. We were impressed at how quiet the rooms were. The teams were very respectful, too, but the construction of the rooms was well done. Breakfast offered hot scrambled eggs and sausage. Waffle and bagels. Disappointed that there was not orange juice for two days. Bed was fine. We had a walk in shower. We’ve stayed here before as we’ve visited family in Summerlin.

We traveled with our kids and expected a working pool. The pool was out of commission for our 3 night stay. No hot water for 2 days, then scalding water that we had to have adjusted for the second time. The room was relatively clean but the room needed to be painted and the lamps didn’t work- neither the lamp or the outlets on the lamps. Despite all that, the staff was really nice.

This was at least the 3rd time we've stayed at this property when visiting family in Las Vegas. We really like the convenience near restaurants & shopping, the included morning breakfast, and the ease of parking.

First, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very kind and let us check in a few hours early (we were so grateful because we had to get changed and go directly to a formal wedding). The location of the hotel was also very convenient close to our events. The breakfast in the morning was decent for sure. However, this is where the compliments stop...there were black hairs on and in the bathtub, dirty fingerprints and smudges on the inside of the bathroom door that we scrubbed off with one of the washcloths,, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable than we tossed and turned both nights with poor sleep, there were tons of teenage kids being very loud at the pool on Friday night, and the spa was not working dhriour visit (I specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub because of my husbands previous broken back). When you spend 200 bucks plus per night and have these issues, plus watch drug deals and prostitution taking place in the parking lot, it doesn't lend itself to a favorable stay. Unfortunately, we will never use this location again..

Hotel was very clean and well managed, and the staff was very courteous. Quick check-in and check-our. Love the decor and the breakfast bar. Overall, my family gives the hotel 5 stars for our stay. The only complaint (minor) is that the fitness room is small and could use more weights.
