Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa

It was beyond my expectations. The concierge was the only downside. We requested anyway to get transportation to a different location and she responded as if we asked for a good bar. Letting us know that only Uber is good there. We walk outside to see 6 black rock vehicles lined up. Why did she not just say something to the effect of sorry we just offer rides to guest staying here. Back to the good! The convenience of whole resort is amazing I can’t wait to take my kids, bowl shop and watching movies and swimming in the pool!

I thought the check in and vip staff were excellent. However, the Spa Manager met a party of 9 with an attitude, which turned off two of our guests. Its was a family event for the women in our party and her attitude wasn’t appreciated.

As someone who works in luxury hotels, I am hard to impress. To say that Red Rock not only met but exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Every aspect of our stay was lovely! As a single parent traveling with two small children, the properly was incredibly family friendly. We will absolutely be back and I have made numerous recommendations to friends and family already.

Man, what a pleasant surprise. We typically will stay on the strip because its close to everything but Red Rock exceeded our expectations and we LOVE this resort. Traveled with a family of 6 and resort has EVERYTHING for the family to do including yummy restaurants. It is spendy but its worth it. We will absolutely come back here when we come to Vegas and want to stay away from the Strip.

We took a family trip to red rock, first time staying there, And it significantly exceeded our expect (Which were high to begin with)! The location and resort are beautiful, and it was heavenly to be away from the densely populated and hectic energy of the strip (though we travelled to Vegas to see a show at the sphere, and getting to and from with Rideshare could not have been easier from red rock). the check-in process was super easy and fast, staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, the pools were larger and even more beautiful than we were expecting based on the website, perfect water temperature, Tons of comfortable free seating with umbrellas, festive music without overwhelming decibel level. G-string clad waitresses aside, the pool is incredibly family friendly – and one thing we especialappreciated is that they don’t allow ball sports in the pool. Our room was so quiet at night you could hear a pin drop, and all of the rooms are non-smoking, so there was no odor of old cigarettes smoke. We had a beautiful view of the pools and mountains. Food options were excellent – they have a food court for quick meals, which is really convenient if you’re traveling with kids (and grocery stores within walking distance if you don’t mind the heat!). And the on-site movie theater, bowling alley, and arcade are awesome. Room was spacious and beautiful, free parking, and they allow you to use the pool until it closes on the day of checkout – incredible! Will definitely return!

Service at the restaurants was inconsistent. The pool was amazing with consistent service. Fun resort for families!
