Stayed for 3 nights for a family vacation, spent most of the time by the pool, the service at the pool side was great, prices not bad either, nice resturants in the casino, rooms clean. The walls are a little thin so you still can hear other guests.

It's a boutique size feeling there. Big hospitality, family feel.

Expedia said this property was an adult only resort, implying there wouldn’t be kids running around the pool but there were loud children the entire time

Check in was great! There was a line and it took a few minutes, but there were many employees at the desk, moving everyone through quickly. The room was mostly clean, besides a couple small splatters in the bathroom, down in the wall paper under the counter that could only be seen when sitting on the comode (sorry), where most would never notice. Security was nice, they checked room cards before going up the elevator. The bed was not my favorite. It was hard. Our kids didn't really notice. My husband didn't notice it being too hard, but said it was not a comfortable bed. The sheets were also a bit like paper, not very soft. Luckily I bring my own blanket when traveling, so it didn't bother me as much. Easy to get to of the freeway. Good access into hotel from parking garage. I would pay a bit more next time and stay in a more comfortable hotel.

After an unfortunate circumstance with our original hotel. My wife and I were scrambling to find a last minute hotel as we were already in Vegas, and we found palace station. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great service, clean rooms, and great environment. Planning on our second trip for Sick New World 2024 and will bring our kids this time around and will definitely book here again.

I was so happy that they upgraded my room to suite with no extra costs. The room was so clean and huge. We had a great time and my kids didn't want to leave there.

I did enjoy my stay. We checked in at the front desk. I was hoping we could do a digital check in like some of the other properties but it was ok. I was told that the only rooms they had that I booked was a smoking room which I have Asthma so that was a no go. They offered me to upgrade to a suite for an extra 25 dollars which was half the price so I accepted. The elevator to the rooms were in a very convenient spot, close to the garage and the front desk which I liked. The room was very nice and clean. The curtains was automatic and the bathroom had a very spacious shower. There wasn't really much to do at the hotel besides gambling, eating and drinking. There is a movie theater that is very nice and had a bar and pool tables which I enjoyed but besides that there wasn't really anything else to do. I don't recommend kids if you're planning to stay in the hotel for the entirety of your stay. All in all I would stay there again.
