Best Western Plus Las Vegas West

My stay was amazing! The breakfast each morning was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and the facilities perfect for our family reunion. Shout out to Jamie Lynn who gave superb customer service. She was friendly and very helpful with my daughter's registration since my daughter didn't arrive as scheduled. The one suggestion would be to put sheer curtains in the rooms so that light can be let in without being totally exposed to the world. Loved the The pool and hot tub were accessible 24/7! Great facility!

This property was just an overnight for my family and I. It had a gym and served its purpose of a good nights sleep and breakfast in the morning before we left.

The service was great it was a week worth staying at this hotel. Great for families who have kids especially with the indoor pool

Nice sized room for a family of five. Dirty washcloth used by previous guest found in shower. Only three body towels for 5 guests on day 2. Room is half under ground so it was unusual.

Like it family hotel

Rooms were clean, well-appointed, and updated. The hotel had all the necessities and staff was friendly. Pool was clean, not busy, and great for a family-friendly pool day. Asked for late checkout and the staff was very accommodating and even allowed paid options for even later than we expected. Only complaint with the room was that there was no dedicated exhaust fan (just a centralized vent that allowed us to hear conversations happening in the bathroom below us). Breakfast area was clean and continuously stocked, but limited in variety. A really nice option for staying in Vegas if you want a "traditional" hotel that isn't part of a casino

The front desk staff and lady doing breakfast were very kind. I go to Vegas four or more times a year for my children's sport tournaments and for the PGA tournament in Summerlin. I have stayed in many hotels in Vegas and never paid what I did for this one. WAY TOO MUCH!! I thought I must be getting a REALLY nice room since this a BW Plus -- nothing was really nice about this room or hotel. Not worth the money. Just some examples: My feet were black from walking on the carpet and I was hardly in my room (I wore tennis shoes to the games). The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no room to sit for breakfast. The bathroom walls had weird brown spots -- not sure if it was mold or just not clean. The room was so dusty and there was animal hair around. I wish I would've known that animals had been in the room before us, because my son and I are allergic. In the parking lot there were 2 cars that had people living in them and they would walk around the parking lot often. I will never stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized rooms for families

Stayed for 6 nights while visiting family for thanksgiving. The room was very clean and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The mattresses could either be flipped or need to be replaced. Had to share with my baby and was slanting to the left which was a bit uncomfortable. The pullout was very lumpy. Otherwise was ok. The staff was very friendly and housekeepers were there every day to make sure we had a clean room and plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We choose this hotel for our first family trip to Las Vegas. It was the perfect choice for us. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel was so clean and it was nice to escape the smoke filled casinos. It wasn’t too far from the strip and exploring. It felt like a nice safe area. The room was really nice and updated. We stayed in the Queen suite and it was worth the upgrade for the extra space. The breakfast had a good assortment and everyone was happy!
