We live in Arizona. It was the last leg of our trip from Northern California even though we have family in Las Vegas we decided to stay at the resort to enjoy all the amenities. The hotel room was very spacious and the jet bathtub and rain. Shower were a huge plus.

This was our first visit to this resort. We came to celebrate a friend’s 40th bday. The pool is exactly what we needed. The bar, the food at every restaurant we tried was affordable and delicious. The service of all staff members was A . Cliff w/ Valet was the man. Sam at Starbucks a total sweetheart. Planning another visit w/ my kids

Fantastic stay including our children at JW Marriott Las Vegas! We stayed in the Spa Tower. Valet staff Dave and Kurt? we’re great! Front desk staff were welcoming and quick checking us in. Rooms felt clean, fresh and well maintained. No stains, no odors, everything in working order. Property grounds are beautiful to walk around. We enjoyed a morning walk on the “zen walking path” The pool area is exactly what we wanted in a resort- waterfalls, palm trees, ample space and attentive poolside cafe staff. Also to note, the pool area was “family friendly” enough for our two children. Great location to plenty of restaurants (fast food and sit down dining) within 5 minute drive and the freeway is just up the road. Highly recommend!

Pool hours for families are limited, couldn’t use the pool during our stay because check in is so late and pool closes early. Plumbing in bathroom was backed up and had sewage in our shower and tub- unusable. High price point for abysmal accommodations.

I chose this hotel because it is convenient to where I work and I have stayed on the property before in the winter when it was too cold to take advantage of the outdoors amenities.The rooms are spacious and the grounds are gorgeous . Palm trees galore and a true oasis! However , the rooms are in need of an update , the elevator , hallways and everywhere you look are scuffed , dingy , fingerprinted etc. the pool on a 100 degree day closed at 5 pm!! & pm on Friday! Its a RESORT!! Unbelievable. If you have kids and can swim during the day and get a deal on the price or you like to gamble and want to be off the strip then go ahead . If you care about a pool, better than average food I would go elsewhere.

Absolutely incredible service - I really appreciated the special accommodations that were provided for me and my family during a pretty hectic stay. Staff was absolutely exemplary and understanding of all our needs. Rooms were incredibly posh and the balcony we got was very cool. The extra soundproofing in the room made it so that our 4 your year old could be a 4 year old and didn't disturb other guests. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Ceiling fan was great!
