This was our first stay at this hotel but definitely not our last. Rooms and hotel areas are as shown when booking. There were many pros: easy, free parking, comfy and clean rooms, family pool area was great. Cons: lots of dirty carpet/rugs in common spaces (The rugs in rooms were clean), the greeter at the beach club was extremely rude and was trying not to honor or know of a cheaper reservation on Open Table. Glad I didn’t book that. We went into the family pool area for free and had a great experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will definitely be back on future trips to Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay with all our friends and family. The staff was so nice and friendly every where we went. We especially enjoyed the kassi beach club cabanas. We were able to check in early and some of our party were able to do late check outs. Will stay again. Great location to the things we wanted to do off the strip.

Loved the pools, great for kids or adult only. The rooms have an awesome layout , and plenty of mirrors. Also great natural lighting. It’s a small hotel but with enough food options if you don’t want to leave the property.

Hotel in general is average Vale people very short Pool service employees horrible, super rude. After I spend hundreds of dollars in food my kids want water and they can’t give water sending to get water at the fountain away where we are eating. Grabbing a photo be call and music very load so I went behind one wall where is the hallway and employee don’t let me talk there and pushing me away like I m a terrorist or criminal. Sorry I will never go back to this hotel They lost a very good client !!

Great pool with sand for kids i didn't like the music and that you are not allow to get some food from outside places and also the food prices to eat from restaurant inside was overpriced and tge staff sometimes annoying not letting to move the beds in the area to get some shade, after that it was good experience

Fun property, staff at the pool was awesome. We stayed as a family with an 8 year old and had a great time.
