Tuscany Suites & Casino

Our family needed a place to stay at the end of our vacation in Utah. Almost every hotel in Vegas has a casino attached to it, and although this one did too, we were able to steer clear of it to get the kids into and out of the room. We weren't able to utilize the pool since it was thunderstorming all afternoon, but it looked great

My family and I stayed here twice within 13 days. On our road trip from San Diego, CA to Yellowstone National Park and back we stayed here at the beginning and end of the trip.The first night we experienced no problems whatsoever. The last night's stay we did: food crumbs in one bed. Buttons on the tv were sticky. Coffee table had smears of food along the edge. Clothing tags under the other bed. A clothing sticker size M stuck to the shower wall. This is all a clear indication that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Worst of all there was a tiny little pill just under the foot of one bed on the floor. Imagine if we or someone else staying in that room had a toddler. When we first realized that the room wasn't cleaned it was already after 10pm as were getting ready to go to bed. We had checked into the room, put our stuff down and headed to the pool and then dinner so we hadn't looked around the room. Which if you're paying to stay in a hotel room you shouldn't have to do a full inspection. Thats the hotel's job. We did get new sheets delivered to our room. In the end the supervisor we spoke to at checkout was apologetic and offered a 20% discount on our next stay. This review is meant to hold the hotel accountable for maintaining a high standard for cleanliness in the future because I'd like for it to keep being the quality hotel that it is and not become run down. It really is a nice hotel!

Very good properties to stay at with family quiet hallways easy parking close to the strip

I always love staying here when i come visit my family. It is always clean and everyone is so nice. The rooms are very big.

It’s a nice hotel located about 2 blocks from the strip. Large suite unit which is nice and clean. 3 stars because The receptionist gave us literally the last and farthest unit from the main lobby given that we booked this months before our trip and we have a child who complained about the long walk. There’s a construction right outside our building main door so it’s dusty every time we walk.

Always a favorite stay. Fun, quiet, family. Changes to Italian restaurant are not good. Its too expensive and not a friendly little bar area as before. Few were eating there. Pool service still poor, slow , unattentive.

It is a great family space having the casino separate from check in counter and some restaurants

We always stay at Tuscany whenever we go to Las Vegas. The room are clean and staff are helpful. I also recommend this to our friends if they are going to Vegas as this are great for families as well.

Comfortable place to stay for the family and nice facilities. I would definitely come back
