Club Wyndham Grand Desert

Great accommodations for a family of 5. Has full kitchen and two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Staff was very friendly. Close to the strip, but far enough away it wasn’t noisy.

The front desk was awesome! Was able to get into our room very early and he was very helpful with questions. The issue started after we were directed over to the "event organizer" to get our wristbands. Understanding we were staying at a timeshare I knew what was coming. Our family is Wyndam owners, but this time we were not using points to secure the room, but actually paid the full price for Super Bowl weekend...almost $1,900 for 4 days! If I'm paying, I prefer not to be hounded to purchase more of what I already have.

Check in with family of 4, booked a king size bed plus queen size sofa bed. The sofa was neither prepared nor was there linen in the apartment. The booked king size bed was actually queen size. Toilet flush did not work properly (room 1175). On arrival i got a 20$ voucher as there are works in the floor underneath which were really annoying starting at 8:00

It was a great location and also had free parking and shuttle Condo was great for families Need more.kids activities but would.give 5 stars!

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this resort, the one bedroom suite was excellent, it was clean, beds were comfy, the kitchen had sufficient crockery and utensils. Our kids enjoyed the pools and spa, the resort had a very nice ambiance. overall it was away from the casino culture and smoke of the strip and we loved it. Highly recommend anyone traveling with families.

I loved this place. The only issue is the pressure to attend the timeshare presentation. I was forced into paying a deposit for this at 9:00 at night with my children when all we wanted to do was get to our room and relax after flying into Las Vegas.

Very nice property. Especially appreciated the kids activities and the fully stocked kitchen and washer dryer in the unit! Easy to get to despite the construction in the area. Well secure property. We will be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great to have a shuttle to the middle of town. Nice to have a place to make your own breaky and coffee and relax. weather was too cold to enjoy the outdoor amenities. there is no housekeeping services but that was okay. it is way too far away to walk to anything but they have a morning run for 10$ per person to take you to the grocery store or an afternoon run to walmart. nice that it had a coffee place and a fast food order cafe... food was good. dont expect to find food delivery from restaurants easy ... could not get food delivery.. it's very expensive to get uber eats deliery and complicated. would have been nice to have a few more shuttle drop off and pick up solutions. we were with someone who had mobility issues so Vegas is not the place for people who are not able walkers. Overall we thought great place to stay with family and friend

The property and hotel (timeshare) are great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was also much larger than I expected based on the photos. I recommend this place, especially with a family.

Our second time staying here at the nice property great for a small family with teens. Loved the adult only pool they have as well.
