Great for families

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was definitely a home away from home. Our room was cleaned well right upon entering. Conveniently located right off the strip. Many things were within 1-2 miles distance. Front desk staff were always responsive to our needs and inquiries.

We stayed in a two bedroom in Tower 3. The room was clean and looked renovated. There were lots of kitchen supplies including dish soap and a new scrubber. I loved having a 24 hour pool. We took the kids down to the pool around 10pm and lots of other families were there. There's Starbucks coffee at the cafe. I would gladly stay again. I only wish they had a sit down/full service restaurant on site. Parking is easy Ellis Island is super close and has lots of food options. Hallways were always clean and the staff was nice. Video game room and a small movie theater were a plus. I basically avoided the timeshare people and it was fine.

Our stay was great! Ima checked us in and was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to upgrade our room to a two bedroom suite so that my family would be completely comfortable. Everything was clean and everyone was accommodating. Whenever we needed extra towels or anything, the front desk always called to make sure what we asked for had been delivered. This is a timeshare and we were asked to sit in on a sales presentation. It wasn’t the best experience but we did get a gift card out of it and you can always say no to the presentation. The pools were clean and spacious, the game room had things that my teenagers enjoyed and we loved the theater playing movies that we were into. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely book there again for our next family vacay.

This place is a fantastic hotel. It's great to have a nice place in town without casinos. Would definitely recommend for anyone here for business. Or coming with family or friends to relax. Excellent atmosphere and amazing staff!

Always a great stay. We are not owners however able to book. Love the amenities like arcade, movie room, lawn games, and 24hour pool. The 1-2bedrooms living makes staying with my family of 5 amazing as there is space for us to be, with a kitchen. Thank you

The good. It had 4 beds (king, 2 double and foldout) hard to find and great for larger families. Close to the strip, a bit of a walk but not horrible. Pool area nice. The bad apparently they are not like a normal hotel and they have sales people ready to pounce on you like a used car lot. Heck they even had the guy in the poorly fitted suit to usher you from checkin across the lobby the second you get your key cards to his minions on the other side of the lobby to say oh here’s all these free gifts for you. I mean if you picture a used car salesman this guy is exactly the look you would expect. They go over all these choices then you pick the one you want. It’s stuff like show tix or gift card to a casino or 1 week vacation for cheap. Ok stuff but then they will say the “gifting desk” is not staffed so you have to come back tomorrow. And then you have to put down a $40 deposit. Then you read the fine print and not only that you have to agree to a 90 min presentation. Yes 90. I mean who wants to spend 1.5hr in the middle of the day out of their vacation to listen to some sales pitch for timeshare which is arguably one of the worst investments you can make with your money just to get a $100 gift card which I bet even has more hidden tricks. Otherwise the property was a bit run down, garbage in the room from previous guests, electrical box behind the bed not properly hanging out, dinged up molding. Ok but certainly not something I would consider to invest my money in.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel's location near the Las Vegas Boulevard was convenient, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the hotel accommodated my family's request for adjacent rooms. While most staff members were friendly, the sales team's daily calls were a bit excessive. The shuttle service was a nice amenity, although the experience with drivers varied. Despite some minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and believe the hotel has potential with a few improvements.

Great location! Everything around what you need for walking distance. The had transportation for groceries twice a day if needed. Pool area great with separate pool for kids and adults over 21. Staff friendly and available to help! Great to have the kitchen in the room when needed, but again you’re in LV!
