Hyatt Place Las Vegas

Great family hotel for a Vegas visit. Really enjoyed our time here. Excellent staff. Very nice decor. Good breakfast. And the cool pool was perfect for the 100F days. Despite being in the airport flight path and being on the 3rd floor I couldn’t hear any flight noise. I’d definite stay again.

The checkin process was easy and the gentleman that helped was friendly. My children wanted to swim in the pool. They swam until 10 pm but no towels were available. We walked into the front desk nd asked for towels and the front desk man stated “you are getting water on the floor” before he bothered to try and get a towel. When he did call it took awhile for him to communicate that pool towels were needed. After standing there cold we opted to just go to our room. He said “you aren’t going to wait for a towel?” No they are cold and he repeated “you got water all over the floor” then proceeded to essentially chase us to the elevator with his mop. Not the service I expected at a Hyatt property. The same man I asked for food establishments nearby that might deliver, his response “we don’t have anything like that” what??!! The room was clean and comfortable but the ceiling above the shower was bubbles from previous water damage, it felt very low end to have it there.

Stayed with family and is alot nicer than other properties here in Las Vegas.

Great place to stay with your family. Breakfast was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had bought parking passes for the hotel. In the parking lot the was a few cars did not have a permit. They were there the whole time we stayed. The security were rude to my kids going into the hotel.

Great place for families. It’s located in the middle of many restaurants & gas stations. You can definitely see & hear the planes coming/going but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great convenient hotel. Pool was great for the kids and 5-10 mins in a cab from the main sites. Rooms were great.

The staff was amazing and so polite it was clean rooms where so clean I thank you for making it an amazing weekend for my family

Great stay. Short trip to Vegas on a family trip. There were 5 of us so it was more economical to stay in one room than to have stayed in a hotel and get 2 rooms. Plus they have free breakfast. Our room was clean and the AC worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

What was great: Our room was spacious and clean; the furniture was in good condition. We had sufficient bedding for our family of four (2 double beds and a sofa). We had a beautiful view of the hotels on the Strip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Areas to improve: We had a very noisy AC that kept wakening us at night. Our neighbors seemed noisy, but it's not the hotel's fault. I also wish that the breakfast menu had a bit more healthy options. The coffee was not good. But I appreciated the hard work of the kitchen staff.
