Fantastic staff - including front desk, maintenance, etc. All were so friendly, accommodating and service-oriented. Rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed - was so nice to have a full kitchen to save some money on meals and separate sleeping spaces for our family. We had some minor issues with the TV and fridge that were taken care of right away by maintenance. Loved the pool area, great and easy free parking and easy walking distance to the strip. Complementary bottle of wine on check-in was a great touch as well. We will recommend this place to others as a great value-for-money!

We stayed as a family of 4 for 3 nights, using Vegas as our base for day trips. With two teenage boys the two bed suite with pull out couch was perfect. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the strip which we liked. Great views of the Sphere which is within walking distance. Free parking was a plus too. Staff were amazing and very helpful and responsive. We had trouble with our TV and they had it up and running in no time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Platinum Hotel. Shaniya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the strip, and we will definitely be staying here again next time, especially since they are pet friendly. They offer a dog bowl, a treat, and tennis ball for your pup. Pet fee is $150 no matter how many days you stay. Also, huge rooms plus a balcony so it was perfect for our family.

We took a last minute trip with the family to Vegas and this room was the perfect size and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice stay about a 15 minute walk off the strip. Staff were friendly, check-in easy, and pool area was peaceful. We appreciated the kitchen and the pull-out couch, which worked well for our family.

It used to be called The Platinum Hotel and Spa when it was opened. Nothing left of the "spa". Getting closer to probably a "motel" type of accommodation. The AC was barely working. The quality of linens was below average. No room service unless requested. No taxi service. Very spacious rooms with kitchenettes. Can be one of the best family-oriented destinations but is going down the hill. Very sad.
