after a day at the hockey tournament with our kids and couldn't be happier. Our room, complete with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the Strip, is the perfect retreat for relaxation. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the convenience of complimentary valet parking is a big plus. Highly recommend for families visiting Vegas for sports events or any occasion

To be a very good review hotel and very luxurious leaves much to be desired about cleaning and maintenance of its rooms (23-703) was mold on the shower, We couldn't use it. Any way the receptionist on checking in was very sarcastic and poorly educated, should be nice and not make its guests feel bad, for not pronouncing my English well. She scares the guests with her irony. And a $50 voucher doesn't make up for how bad she made us feel, we're not kids who compensates us with a sweet, I'm so sorry it was very uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel was exelent like the rest of the staff, they were very kind and always smiling.

I really enjoyed the parking, the friendliness of valet and the lazy river!!! Tower 1 was great and didn't feel far from MGM at all. Things that can improve tower 1 Starbucks tried to order 2 times first time waited and waited just to order my family was able to order from the main MGM Starbucks closes to the food court before me. I wouldn't of minded but I was the only customer in there. The second time I was in there with my family I timed them to see how long they would take just to say hi or I'll be with you in a min. At 7min and 32 seconds I didn't even get a glance at 8 min and 40 seconds we left, I was tired of hearing about someone not coming in and how she always has to do something else but come to work. The other thing that could be more helpful if the front desk knew more about the pool information. I also tried to use the MGM app but that wasn't very helpful either. I wanted to reserve lounge chairs but was only about reserve a $900.00 cabana. It would be great if the signature suites front desk was able to help you reserve as well. As for the room it was amazing, nice and clean. They had a toaster and blender everything you would need for a fun get away. I would say the only thing I would ask for is a broom or small vacuum cleaner since the maid service is only supplied if I call and request. Also if family plans on staying more than 3 days maybe the 3rd day offer new towels. Although in reality it was so much fun I would stay there again!

The place was amazing. It was quiet and away from the busy side of the strip. The front desk people were very accomodating. The process of checking in and out was very fast. It is family friendly just because it is separated from the casino area and no cigerette smoke comes through the area. Overall I give it a 10. The only complaint I have is that the lady at the monorail station was not aware of having an avis rental.car that could have been in the lobby area and sent me out of mgm grand. I walked from signature towards the direction she gave me and ended up it is just in the lobby. But anyway its our first time there and nothings supposed to ruin the fun. Kudos to Signature MGM and staff!

This facility was better than I expected. Our room was on the 33rd floor with most wonderful view of the city. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. The Signature Hotel is a excellent location for all attractions. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and family and looking forward to my next trip to Vegas!!

Positive: The room was OK and well kept. View was great as we were upgraded to a room on the 30th floor. LOVED that it was non-smoking and just off the busy strip. Negative: Our hot water did not work. Called front desk to resolve issue and it took 3 tries before it was resolved. The sent someone up at 1:30am (hours after complaint was made) and the maintenance man didnt even knock. He just attempted to open the door with his card. Thankfully we had the extra bolt on the door so he was not able to enter. However, his attempt to enter woke our entire family from sound sleep. Then we were called by hotel staff again at 1:30am vs. just waiting until the morning. We were told they vould not switch our room and so we spent 2 days dealing with lukewarm water. They also require a 300 dollar fee to be charged prior to gaining access to your room. This was a suprise since typically damages are just assessed if there is an incident. No housekeeping or towel changes during our 4 day stay. We nearly missed the pool being closed. They had it closed for construction during the first 2 days and were told they were going to close it again on our last day. Gratefully we got one day of swimming. Had we not, our review would be worse because that was the top reason we went with this hotel.
