No Netflix as advertised, cleaning lady when I told her to map floors said she doesn’t have time! Also inconvenient location near a busy noisy road and not to mention neighbours on top that did nothing but having their kids raddled in top of us. Do not book !

One of the staff member advise to take all my value to my room since cars get broken in, the room it smell like vomit the bathroom door like someone punched it and left it broken i ended up leaving to a other hotel and losing my money for the night i couldn't stay there told the staff about the inconvenience of the room and how i just didn't feel safe leaving my car and there was nothing they can do. I left with my family and paid again to an other hotel am very disappointed and if i could get a refund i would really appreciate

Room was clean and not too far from the strip about a mile. Room has a small refrigerator and cooking utensils. Room was sanitary and parking was close by. I would return if I’m in town again with my family. If you decide to stay here then I recommend Ubering to the strip.

Needs to be updated. There was a smell from the kitchen drain.Had only 2 towels for family of 4. Wouldn't accept a visa debit card, even though accepted everywhere else, had Visa logo. Ran out of keys, so only received one key. On the plus side, the suite was a bit bigger than a normal hotel room, so that was a plus.

Not worth the money I paid for this room . Not a hotel to bring your kids here

I liked that this location was super close to food, there was literally a gas station across the street along side a chipotle, chick fil a and the habit, it made getting things very convenient, I was also allowed early check in without a fee which was a plus, only down side was that it was dirty, the room itself was not clean, we found dirty cloths from previous visitors in the room. We complained but didn’t really get a response in return other than sorry, having a 4 month baby and a 20 month baby I wasn’t pleased with that.

I do not even know where to begin. First, I understand that it was technical difficulties, but a friend of mine and I had to wait about 10 minutes before check-in. It was almost midnight, and we were dead tired from traveling. Was not a very pleasant experience. Second, the room they gave us stank. I have never seen anything like that. We asked for a room change. They changed it, but it was not much different from the first one. I wish they had separate rooms for non-smokers and non-pet-friendly. Third, we used the ice machine. And omg!!! I wonder if they give that quality of water/ice to their children. I thought I would throw up everything I ate. The water felt like it was from a dirty pond. They did not also provide us with complementary water (there was tap water, but who would drink that stinky thing?). I honestly have not been to any place like that. I have been to the pet-friendly motel, and it did not stink that way. I have never been as disappointed with hotels as we were with this stay. Hopefully, they will do something about it. We did not even touch any other of their amenities. We just took shower and slept there. Also, when I came back home, everything used or unused clothes smelled like the hotel.

This place is not family friendly. The pool is disgusting and dirty, the spa is so gross there is a visible film and dirt and debris on the ground. There were no spoons, bowls forks so we had to come up with creative ways to eat a couple of our meals. You only get 2 towels, no one answers the phone at the front desk and if you do have contact with the front desk- they are extremely rude. Especially the Asian lady. She was not nice, it was like my family came to her home uninvited and she was not pleased about it. The rate this property is charging is absurd for the lack of quality and cleanliness. There was security walking around the property - thank goodness because it is a very active parking lot.
