The Signature at MGM Grand (All Suites)

There was very dirty streaks across the table, sofa and the chair had water or (something else) stains, the pull out couch was out of date and very uncomfortable (grandparents had one similar In the 1980’s) unsanitary would be an understatement. If I had to guess I would say there may have been children in the room just prior to us checking in but clearly it was not cleaned properly or even close for that matter. The king size bed had springs so squeaky that rolling over would wake you up. So I went out to the parking lot and stayed inside my vehicle. I won’t be staying at this resort in the future. I made a video as well, because I am going to be requesting a refund, and I think it is well deserved.

Beautiful spot!! I love how it’s close to MGM and the strip but not in it. Makes it the perfect spot to stay when in Vegas, it’ll be my go to now. Beautiful spacious rooms, quiet and more family oriented which is nice.

We've stayed here since just after it opened in 2006. Sadly, it's either reduced services, like valet staffing and hours, or having to ask for the kitchen to be stocked with utensils, plates, etc., or added cost add ons, like resort fees, and now extra person costs if you have more than 2 per room, including your kids. Cleanliness is dow and if you miss their early ballet hours, you have to park in MGM's self park lot, which is no fast or easy trip from the Signature. And EVERYTHING is outrageously expensive now that you might as well go outside the city for anything. This is our last time at the Signature.

Enjoyed the UPH (Penthouse) on the highest floor and corner suite, but it needs a bit upgrading and there was a horrible noise all day and all night coming from either the roof or something. Would return again if we’re on a budget. No casino, 10 minute walk to MGM to gamble. Also, on our first night, valet was full and we had to park all the way at MGM (the original MGM) and walk late at night with 3 kids. Staff is exceptional.

We have stayed at the Signature many times in the past 15 years. Always very quiet, clean, secure. Easy walking distance to the strip. Parking is valet, so no worries about someone breaking into your car. Love the 1-bedroom suite which is spacious, lots of storage, 2 bathrooms which is nice, with a full-size kitchen. Housekeeping came every day which was a bonus. Check in quick and painless. Has a resort fee, so be forewarned. My only complaint is we rented an all-electric Chevy Volt. When I asked the parking attendants to charge it up, they were clueless how to do that even though the car came with a 110/115V or 220/240V charging cable and I showed them how to use them. Signature needs to put in some charging stations or outlets in their garage like Virgin Hotel down the street has (12 or so Tesla charging wall mounted stations, free). Get with the EV program Signature. Otherwise, highly recommended for couples and families.

Very limited Daily valet. No allowance to drop off for what we brought. So we parked self parking zone at MGM Grands and carried baggage from with kids. Construction at next room. Little noise by drilling, tiling, and nailing. Wifi internet was not working for one night. Anyhow front desk helped us to resolve a lot.

Absolute lack of customer courtesy and service. No phones to call. First day they took 45 mins to get my car. Next day no Valet parking. Had to park in another property and walk for half an hour to the hotel. They blocked the front entrance could not even drop my family at entrance. Complained this to the Manager only to get a templates response.
