The Signature at MGM Grand (All Suites)

Everything was great except for checking in. We arrived after 1 and the front desk guy saod come back at 3. Didnt even check for availability. Ive stayed at numerous places throught the strip including a number of times here at the signature and was always able to check in early, even as early at 10am. Friends and family booked this resprt based on our recommendations and they checked in early, same day!

Stayed in Tower 3 for 2 days. Check-in was slow (appeared to be understaffed) and one of the rooms we booked was not ready at the time it was supposed to be. There's easy cab access out front which is great. The rooms are fine; the jacuzzi tub was nice and it was spacious, but the rooms need some updates to stay competitive. For example, there's an ancient small TV in the bathroom and there are definitely not enough electrical outlets compared to other hotels. There is no room service for the towers. There is a laundry room in Towers 1 and 3 with excellent machines that made doing an entire week's worth of laundry a breeze. Location is decent. Some loud kids yelling at night but what can you do. Negligible gripe: the provided hygiene products are not my favorite scent, smelling kind of spicy(?). So overall it was okay and definitely good for the price, but if I were to come back to Vegas, I think I'd try somewhere else cost-permitting.

Really nice place to stay just off the Las Vegas Strip. Quiet and family friendly. Short indoor walk to the MGM Grand and Monorail made getting around the Strip easy.

Great place for family to stay. Easy walking distance to many sights and events locales aling the strip.

There was very dirty streaks across the table, sofa and the chair had water or (something else) stains, the pull out couch was out of date and very uncomfortable (grandparents had one similar In the 1980’s) unsanitary would be an understatement. If I had to guess I would say there may have been children in the room just prior to us checking in but clearly it was not cleaned properly or even close for that matter. The king size bed had springs so squeaky that rolling over would wake you up. So I went out to the parking lot and stayed inside my vehicle. I won’t be staying at this resort in the future. I made a video as well, because I am going to be requesting a refund, and I think it is well deserved.

Beautiful spot!! I love how it’s close to MGM and the strip but not in it. Makes it the perfect spot to stay when in Vegas, it’ll be my go to now. Beautiful spacious rooms, quiet and more family oriented which is nice.

We've stayed here since just after it opened in 2006. Sadly, it's either reduced services, like valet staffing and hours, or having to ask for the kitchen to be stocked with utensils, plates, etc., or added cost add ons, like resort fees, and now extra person costs if you have more than 2 per room, including your kids. Cleanliness is dow and if you miss their early ballet hours, you have to park in MGM's self park lot, which is no fast or easy trip from the Signature. And EVERYTHING is outrageously expensive now that you might as well go outside the city for anything. This is our last time at the Signature.
