We were disappointed with the dining options at the hotel. We weren't informed that the poolside cafe would be closed when we were there and there were no other casual dining options good for kids. The pool needed to be cleaned. Staff and service were excellent.

All of the staff members are very pleasant and friendly. Very mellow and quiet place to stay. When you are inside, you wouldn't know you are on the Las Vegas strip. The only negative things for us are purely individualized; dining options are not gluten free friendly. While we much appreciated the waiters and waitresses asking about allergies and offering alternative sides or dishes, the options were quite limited. Again, we were impressed that it was an automatic question asked when our menus were presented, so the awareness and consideration is nice. The elevators can be a bit confusing at first. The lobby elevator goes to the 3rd floor, then you have to go down the hall to the room elevators. Not a big deal, and we were informed upon check-in. The spa treatment for pedicure was amazing. Excellent technician, and the zero gravity bed was heavenly. The junior suite was amazing. Beautiful space and we loved the huge walk in shower and large soaking tub. The entire suite was perfectly comfortable. We did not utilize the car service or the dine in room service, so we can't comment on that. Overall, our stay was incredibly relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable.

Very odd feelings about this hotel. Honestly, I have no idea how it is 5*. Just going to list facts, and you make up your mind about visiting or not. Pros: - Wonderful heated pool / great to swim in Dec - Great service - Great location and Strip view from the 16th floor - Good but expensive Zen Kitchen restaurant on the property, had breakfast there every morning for my 3 nights stay - No casino on the property, love that Cons: - Bed is way too soft, pillows are crazy large and uncomfortable, blanket is the thinnest I have ever seen at the hotel - See through bathroom / toilet doors - Large mirror is located right in the middle of the beautiful ceiling to floor windows to Strip. Why???? - Smart light/curtains control panels are not working well - I had a connecting room next to mine, well I haven’t slept 2 nights out of 3 because of the very loud noises coming from that room via the connecting doors. First night, the ladies were chatting till 1am, and on the 2nd night the family did tons of activities till 2am. With a connecting room like that one you can hear everything, and by everything I mean EVERYTHING: talk, TV, water flushing, and everything in between - Not the best quality bathroom supplies Unfortunately, for the price I’ve paid to stay at that hotel, it wasn’t worth it for me.

This hotel and staff provided my wife and family an exceptional experience. From the check in service with David Wilkins to the luxury of the hotel and all other amenities this was a grand slam. I can't say enough about the accommodations, the warm staff and everything else in between. I would highly recommend a stay at the Waldorf.

Not infant friendly, I brought baby food and need to microwave, the restaurant refused to heat the food for me and ask me go back to my room a make a call to room service by myself. The tea lounge didn’t provide us high chair I wrote it in reservation note. Also in the swimming pool section, there’s no people using and outdoor sofa, only three groups of hotel guests were there and we have a 10 months infant, it’s more safety we put him on sofa, the staff told us to leave, said it’s for massage rental. Before we checked in, I asked front desk if they put the crib inside the room I wrote on request, she confirm with me, but there was nothing inside the room, we need to made another call for room service .
