I like the fact that it was smoke free. We traveled here with our children on our way back from a road trip and enjoyed the fact that there was no smell of cigarette smoke on the property!

The Park MGM in Las Vegas was an excellent choice for our family vacation. The mobile check-in process was seamless and incredibly convenient, allowing us to bypass lines and get straight to enjoying our stay. The hotel's location on the Strip was perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions and shows. The rooms were comfortable and modern, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days exploring Las Vegas. Overall, we were impressed with the amenities, service, and family-friendly atmosphere at Park MGM, making it a memorable stay for everyone.

The Park MGM is the destination for a frequent Vegas traveler who isn’t going to spend a ton of time in their room. The rooms are nice, but on the medium smaller side. The ceilings are strangely low in the hallways. Access to Dolby Live was amazing and going to a show downstairs was phenomenal. If you’re self parking, be advised that if you prepaid for it you have to tell the lobby on check in or else double pay every day. The scanner needs to know your license plate number.
What was bad?
The minibar is as very sparse and they want $36 for gummy bears, etc.
The air conditioning in the room was also optimistic in its readouts. It would say 65° when it was more like 74°. I like a cold hotel room for sleep and that is not available seemingly at any MGM properties in Vegas. Their A/C being on economy mode makes it difficult to sleep.
The body wash they have at the MGM Resorts is similarly underwhelming. Actually, it was offensively bad. I was worried that the gross fragrance smell (smelled like a cigarette smoking hippy’s car’s floor mat) would emanate from my armpits and nether regions if using them prior to exposure to Las Vegas’ abrasive heat.
The dining options are sparse and limited as well. Need to eat after 9? You’re out of luck. With the exception of the Side Betty Grill, which serves a hilarious childlike menu for drunk people with only six options of chicken fingers or wings, you’re out of luck. Side Betty Grill gives 2 carrot sticks to 6 tenders. Lol

It is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is fantastic. The Eatery is unbelievable. The entire hotel including pool area is non smoking...so nice to see especially with so many children present.

Park MGM is a nice respite from the smoke filled casinos. The rooms are clean and fresh with maid service refreshing towels and making the bed every day. Our king size bed was comfortable and the lounge chair and velvet sofa added to the comfort. Missing were a mini fridge, coffee maker and comfortable seating in the lobby making getting together with other members of our extended family difficult.

This is the 2nd time we stay at MGM Park because kids love to play at their pool.
However, we did not see friendly and helpful staff, front desk ladies were not helpful and doesn’t seem to care about customer who is checking in.
Room cleaninesss is also not as expected, many dust. I paid almost $150 more to have a strip view room and that’s definitely not worth it. Not only it’s super noisy at night until 2am after the clubs closed, the lights also bother us a lot which distracts us to sleep at night.
I don’t know if I will stay here again next time. The only good thing is their MGM reward card which gives you the benefit of free parking, other than that l, I don’t see other benefits
