Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

Location is great, room has plenty of space and ammenities such as a tube and a protector. Hotel is kid friendly and a great option for families (no casino, smoke free). Attention provided by front desk depends on the person who is providing services to you: some are very cordial and make you feel welcome, others are almost rude… The only con I noticed is the pool temperature: the hotel cools down the water and, even if air temperature was 110 F, the pool water was cold and children stayed for a few minutes only. Shared feedback with staff but no one took my comments into consideration. If you have children who appreciate or expect normal/warm pool temp, you might should consider booking another hotel.

Overall my stay was good but my room was really hot and maintenance came up at least 6 times to try and fix with no real success! My fridge in the suite was not getting cold so maintenance again had to come up to switch out the refrigerator! So my trip with my family would have been more comfortable and pleasant if I didnt have to spend time calling maintenance and having maintenance in my room! Also this hotel doesn’t have a smart TV which is ridiculous

Extremely disappointed. Deliberately because it had a full kitchen. My family has special dietary needs and can only eat select places in Las Vegas. We ordered food for delivery and the hotel refused to accept it and hold or put it in our refrigerator. Three hundred spent on the food and it was thrown out. My children went to bed starving because there was nothing else I could get them to eat before the next morning. Super disappointed by the religious discrimination and lack of empathy shown. Ruined the entire vacation for us. Ruined the concert that we spent a fortune to see because I had to exit in order to talk to management and they still didn’t accommodate us anyways. Kristin was unapologetic and unaccomodating of our special needs

Awesome stay with my whole family. Love the location.

This was arguably one of my favorite stays. I tried it myself before considering taking my wife or family. We will be back.

Great for family

We stayed on the 52nd floor in a two bedroom corner suite. The view is simply amazing. We watched The Sphere for hours. Parking is great too... just always try to park on the 3rd floor of the garage near the hotel entrance. The hotel even gave us a free parking pass. The mall next door has most everything you'd need (but it's a bit pricy). Currently the traffic and construction around Las Vegas is insane.... I would not have rented a car and just walked and Ubered if I had known. This is a safe, clean and pretty quiet hotel for families, just a short walk away from the crazy on the Strip.

We really enjoyed the suite. The sofa bed is very comfortable and big enough for an adult and two young kids. The projector is great for watching a movie. The room is very quiet and super clean.

The junior suite is comparable to basic room you would get at Aria or Cosmopolitan. The AC was not working in the bedroom. Shower pressure was very weak. Pool staff not welcoming. Caught housekeeping going through our belongings right before checkout. Overall not a great experience but the gym was well kept and had a decent amount of options. Also the valet guys were very professional and nice.

Great hotel and location. Big disappointment -the pool was closed all 3 days we stayed at this property. I chose this hotel because of the pool for kids. The staff had no idea when the pool would be reopened and didn’t know what happened to it.The staff offered an option to use the pool at Planet Hollywood hotel, but it was a far walk and that pool was super packed. After checking that pool out, we didn't have any desire to be there. The pool finally reopened on the day we were leaving and were weren't able to use it since the use of any facility after check out was not permitted.
